Asiatic dayflower (Commelina communis)
During my trip to Fukushima
I forgot to take a picture of the bottle with the sake I received.
I forgot to take a picture of the bottle.
Gently dry sake with a gorgeous aroma.
The yeast is Giovanni.

Sakura Face New Sake Winter Limited Nama Special Honjozo
After being pressed and bottled in 2014, it is matured in the cold storage at the brewery to give it a mellow taste.
Rich, mellow, and full of umami
We were lured by the supermarket pop-up of this very rare matured raw sake!
I tasted it with sashimi grated on a willow leaf sharpened by a local sawyer!
60% polished rice
Jacket purchase. It was my first time to check out the yeast Giovanni, and I was also curious about the koji, Reimei Hiraizumi.
I wondered if it had a strong alcohol taste and a weak junmai taste. But as it cools down, it gives the impression of a strong sweetness that spreads quickly in the mouth. It may not be good for those who like dry sake. I don't like the alcohol taste or the attack of the alcohol...

◉Sakuraface Special Junmai
Sakuraface Special Junmai is made from Ginotome sake rice. It has a soft mouthfeel, but the flavor is rich, dark, sweet and delicious, quite to my liking.
Bouken-san told me he had had it at the Keihan Department Store in Camphor, and I was too drunk to recognize it at the time. I was too drunk to recognize it at the time, but I do remember sending a picture of it at Keihan in Camphor to the group line. I didn't buy or drink it, but I wish I had. It's amazing how much you remember about people.
Iwate sake was quite strong and I think I liked it a lot.

Too much drinking and only empty bottles.
I bought a bottle of summer sake on a business trip to Morioka and emptied it at home with a friend!
It's refreshing and light like water. It goes well with all kinds of food!
This is "Tokusen Junmai Ryo no Shizuku," a summer sake from the Sakura Face Shuzo brewery in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture.
It is a delicious sake with a refreshing and crisp taste as a summer sake, but with lingering rice flavor and aroma typical of junmai sake.
The label with raccoon dogs, foxes, rabbits, and kappa having a party is also cute.
Souvenir from a friend in Yamagata ^ ^.
Oh, well? It's Iwate's sake!
A refreshing and crisp Junmai Daiginjo with a beautiful taste.
