This is a special junmai nama-zakari sake from the Sakuraface Shuzo brewery in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture.
It was a delicious sake with a firm umami flavor, yet easy to drink thanks to its refreshing acidity.
A very dry, light type with a sake degree of +15.
It has a much more refreshing feeling.
