This one, like the Ko-Imari, was purchased when I was with Yoohee-san.
The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui.
It has a melon-like taste and a strong bitter taste like bitter melon. I thought it would be a little sweeter, but it is quite spicy.
It is more like melon or cemedine.
It is not my favorite type of rice.

Positively written, it has a nuance like melon or gourd, but I think it's cemedine because it's so nasty and tungsten 🤔 some people don't seem to mind it....
I was caught up in the bag squeezing and it was a mistake 💦.
