Summer is here.
Today at the Kesennuma Bonito Festival
We were served free bonito nigiri at the Kesennuma Bonito Festival today.
It was delicious, with a nice aroma of raw bonito and tataki sushi, and the oil on top made it tender and refreshing!
Thanks to the fishermen and the festival committee members....
We were in a good mood and bought some summer sake.
I was told that it is a sake to drink with a peaceful feeling, to make the earth a round place.
I picked it up because it was the day I was feeling so good.
It was the summer sake I wanted to drink now.
It's great with steamed clams, which I bought as a souvenir. Close your eyes and let your mind become nothing.
And thank you and I guess that's all I can say.
The sweetness of the rice, the deep flavor, and the long aftertaste that permeates all five organs. It is a sake that makes you feel smooth and flat to the core 🍶.
