Lately I've been preferring dry sake with a little bit of a habit to fruity sake that is easy to drink...
I didn't take a picture of the snack, but it was mussel sashimi 🐚I think dry sake goes better with mussels in particular.
I bought it as a souvenir from my Tohoku touring, and it was great as a light, easy-drinking, food sake!
I found it to be a light, dry, refreshing and crisp sake!
I would like to buy this sake when I visit Aomori!
