It's quite a bit spicier than I thought it would be. I like it 😋. Lately I've been preferring dry sake with a little bit of a habit to fruity sake that is easy to drink... I didn't take a picture of the snack, but it was mussel sashimi 🐚I think dry sake goes better with mussels in particular.

I bought it as a souvenir from my Tohoku touring, and it was great as a light, easy-drinking, food sake! I found it to be a light, dry, refreshing and crisp sake! I would like to buy this sake when I visit Aomori!

It is a dry sake with a thick rice flavor that goes down to the stomach with a thud.

Easy to drink, mellow mouthfeel. There is a feeling of lingering miscellaneous flavors in a good sense in the aftertaste. It is a very good sake for a four-pack. I bought it without thinking.
