Freshly brewed with Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good.
The color is milky white. The smell is mild, with a hint of flowers. The taste is fruity, but not too sweet. It has a nice umami taste with a slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste.
You can feel the alcohol quite a bit, it's 17 degrees, so it's thick. It is easy to drink on the rocks with ice. I think it tastes better if you drink it this way.
It has a refreshing, dry, gassy flavor that pairs well with 🍖 meat dishes and Chinese and other oily dishes 😋~.
