I bought this at AEON Liquor when I went to AEON Katsuragawa with a friend. I was looking for something unusual for the parking fee 😁. I've had Fudo before, but this is the first time I've had Niiyu. It has a honey-like aroma. The flavor is beautiful and gorgeous, but it's a bit too refreshing for an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I would like a little more umami... I think it has a lot of rice flavor 🤔.

Good evening, first series here 💁 from Niiyu. Also known as Fudo Toi brand, this is a test brew of Niiyu's frog series 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸 Rice is undisclosed🍶. As usual, from the aroma, there is a slight melon ginjo aroma, and the taste is like drinking sweet, fresh melon juice 🍈 There is not much acidity or fizz, so it has a fruit juice feel. My first time at Hanaizumi. And nigori sake! This season, there are a variety of nigori sake, which is very enjoyable. First, the top clear sake. It is moderately sour. After stirring it, it becomes more rounded. The texture is silky (is that the right word?). The glutinous rice is not perceived, though I like rice cakes. I like rice cakes, but I think it's dry. I want to eat Karami rice cake.

Yamatsuru is the closest sake brewery to my house, but I haven't had much of it lately. The last time I drank it I got the impression that it was peculiar and not really my cup of tea, but not this Junmai Daiginjo! Clear and fruity, good balance of flavors. It's also gorgeous😋. The price is reasonable for a Junmai Daiginjo, but I think it's worth it🧐 I can't underestimate local sake 😚

Low-polished Junmai-shu from Yamatsuru, a local sake brewery in Ikoma, Nara. The name is Choyao. It was a gift, but it looks like it will cost a fortune💧. I heard it was brewed using a method described in a wooden letter from the Nara period. I wonder if it is true. Anyway, let's try it. Wow! It is indeed as rich and sweet as I had heard! The sake level is a whopping -40❗️ But the aftertaste is refreshing. Surprisingly easy to drink and delicious 😋. It's pretty good 👍I'll have to try this one too 😙. But I wonder if people in the Nara period really enjoyed this kind of sake 🤔.

Memorandum. This is another favorite local drink. Summer, After having accomplished a lot of big challenges in June for me. I wanted to take a breather and reset. A crisp, dry, unpasteurized sake. It works well. I should be able to get eggplant. It was such a good sake for the evening. Sasanishiki from Ichihasama. Suki. I prefer the green hode nasu in winter, though.

It is a local sake, but I first heard about it through "Sake-no-wa" and bought it at a sake store in the northern part of the prefecture. My daughter bought it at Fujiwaraya in Sendai Station a couple of times before she got married. Strangely enough, I could not remember any other person's sake. 　It has a fruity aroma and taste like peaches, with a nice sharp aftertaste. (Mrs. Fujinami's impression) 　It was too rich for me and I did not understand it well. It became easier to drink when I tried it on the rocks.

I prepared a steak with the winter flavor, but I ate it with yesterday's leftover mansaku and ate the hode nasu with edamame and cucumbers 😅. I bought it at a product show the other day. I had never heard of this brand, but I tasted it and liked it. It was 19 degrees, so I drank it lightly on the rocks. I paired it with stewed daikon radish and shellfish sashimi as the cold weather deepened. It was moderately dry and went well with sashimi.

This was my first Koganezawa, a gift from someone. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Gohyakumangoku, so I had an image that it was quite refreshing, but it tasted just as it should.
