Slightly full-bodied rice malt top-drinker
The aroma is like soy sauce behind the same aroma of the top rise, and the firm umami of rice and the moderate sweetness spreads zingily with soft acidity, leaving a lingering rice aroma with a moderate bitterness, and it finishes quickly.
It has a mellow and unique aroma, a deep flavor, and a strange impression that does not feel heavy, making it a good match for strong-flavored meals. Even as a stand-alone sake, its mysterious impression is addictive.
It goes well with grilled bonito, dashimaki egg with shrimp, teppanyaki hormone of Hikoma pork, and motsu (pork bone) stewed tofu.

Good evening, MasaakiSapporo🌆.
This is a very peculiar drink, isn't it?
It was like a whiskey 🥃.
I can't drink a lot of it, but it seems to go well with smoked foods: ❗️

Masaaki Sapporo
Hi Haruei Chichi, I ordered this sake because I had seen it at Sake-no-wa and was curious about it, although it didn't seem to be the ☀️ type. It was a sake with a unique charm that makes you want to drink it again after one sip 😅.
