I bought it in a trial size because I had an image that it looked peculiar. It has a unique flavor that I've never experienced before😳 It's so good! I loved it the first time I opened the bottle😋. I wanted to keep it to enjoy the change in flavor, but it was gone in one night 🤪. I would buy this in a bigger bottle👍.

I wish I could have a better time with you guys! It's hot again today 😟 so I dared to have a room temperature sake on a hot day 😀 Tschida 99. The aroma is gorgeous and when you drink it, it explodes with super rich flavor and sourness 💣️💥The aftertaste is short and snappy and delicious😙It's like a summer sake with a lot of flavor.

I'll take a small 300ml bottle of Mr. Tsuchida's new sake🙏. It has a fresh taste with the richness and sweetness that only Tsuchida can provide 😆 . The acidity is not so strong, but the flavor is mild and full, and I can't get enough of it...(******)=3 I learned about the appeal of low-fermentation sake from Macho and Tsuchida's Gunma sake ☺️. On Sunday, I visited the Taste of Morita Co. This is the family brewery of Akio Morita, the founder of Sony. I was attracted by the Aji no Yakata limited edition and bought a bottle. It tasted a little sweeter than I expected and was easier to drink than I expected. 1,650 yen

(I was tired from eating too much rich food, so I decided to balance it out with some light sake, so I bought a bottle of Nenohi from Yamaya. Nenohi is thin, as was the case with the cup sake. I found this Fukuoka sake in my impatience to color the map of Japan💦😅. It's very dry! I think it's around extra brut in sparkling wine🥂. It's crisp and dry 💪. It's a very dry sake! Polishing ratio 55, content 200ml, blue bottle, luxury image✨.

We attended a year-end party for parents of my second son's high school club! Although there are some rank restrictions, we enjoyed drinking all the sake we could drink 😆. The 2nd glass Wadarai Dry Junmai This is also a brand I've never had before! Although it is dry, it is surprisingly fruity! It has a clean and crisp taste, so it went in easily.

Purchased because of the 60% milled rice ratio and 20 alcohol by volume. I wanted to drink it on the rocks on the day the rainy season ended, so I opened the bottle. ☀️ I paired it with frozen Genghis Khan that I brought back from Tono. It's well separated, so I shook it lightly before putting it in ice 🧊. It's less lactic than I thought it would be, and it's very spicy and thick, but it's cold and refreshing and delicious 🤤. I like this kind of sketchy in a good way. My brain feels good🤩. Definitely this for Genghis Khan 😭

Since it's spring🌸, I think I'll have another bottle of sake with spring in it. I bought a bottle of Shunshin by Nishide Sake Brewery in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. I've been curious about this sake for a while but never got around to it. I will have it with boiled flounder 🙏. I thought it might be a bit strong, but it wasn't. It has a nice richness, sweetness, acidity, and a mellow feeling 😆. It's a bit like a lighter version of Tamagawa. As the label says, I preferred it at room temperature rather than chilled 👍

I saw it for the first time at a department store tasting sale, so I bought it. It's not listed on the label, but according to the brewer's description, it's unfiltered undiluted sake. It says "light nigori" but it's not cloudy at all (laughs). It's refreshing and easy to drink. The acidity in the second half is impressive.
