Lastly, back to the snow goddess. I can't tell the difference between this and Dewa-no-sato. I guess it is fresh and refreshing. It is delicious.
I highly recommend this brewery tour because you can taste the sake with your guts. It looks like they will let us drink some more, but we cut off here. Thank you very much!

This is the real life Kame-no-o. I understand that most of the rice around here is an improved version of Kame-no-o.
The taste is fresh or watery...hmmm, I want a little more umami. It is too clean, or too refreshing, even for a junmai daiginjo.

This wine is made from Shonai-grown, improved Nobukou. It is a bit fruity, but still has a refreshing finish.

Made with 100% Dewanosato from Yamagata Prefecture. It is dry and refreshing. It's a shame that the taste is so recognizable as special junmai...but it's a rare rice, so I thought I'd like to see it cut down more, but I guess that's difficult?

I found out that there are only a few dozen stores in Japan that carry it 😳.

Purchase of a warehouse
This is the fourth brewery on a tour of four breweries in the Daisen area of Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture.
The last one was sold directly to the public.
It was served in a wine glass, as it was awarded the gold medal in the "2024 Wineglass Sake Award".
When this is written, my impression is pulled and I feel it is like white wine.
But it was delicious with a grape-like sweetness.
Only one brewery sells directly to the public.
There are four breweries in a small area, so I think they should be able to attract more people if they do well.
