I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. Naohiko Noguchi Institute I wanted to try. Smells like caramel and grain. The official recommendation is to drink it lukewarm (around 40 degrees Celsius). The warmer it is, the less stimulating it is.
