This is Junmai Ginjyo Genshu 🍶.
Purchased at Kawana Sake Brewery on the national highway in Izu Kogen, Ito City during a trip to Izu.
It has a ginjo aroma, and the heady aroma is weakly banana and sake-like.
The taste is umami and dry, a pure sake. The balance of the scent, taste, and hints of aroma is made possible by the sake's beautiful quality, which is not easy to find. 😋😋😋😋
No gassiness.
Enjoy it cold to enjoy the slight acidity and the sharpness of the taste. It can also be served cold or lukewarm to enjoy its umami and alcohol content.
It seems drier than the sake with a Sake meter value of +2, probably due to the alcohol content of 17-18.
I had my family waiting in the car, so I bought it without asking about the details of the wasteful wholesale and special enclosure. It seems to be a small sake brewery and there is no information on the Internet.
But there are sake breweries that brew delicious sake that I don't know about. There must be many more in Japan. It made me think 😁.

This is a brand new to me, but the simple name and eye-catching title are impressive, and the taste is also royal. The sweetness and umami spread out and a little bit of a mild flavor is felt.
Even if you drink it cold, it is more robust than refreshing.
This was seriously delicious ‼️
Woody aroma 🌲, plum, lychee - caramel, with a pepper 🌶️ finish and a minerality on the finish 🤤.
The base is a sweet and tasty rice one that looms up with every temperature rise ⤴️
Thanks for the lovely drink 😊
The dryness of the sake makes it crisp and tasty, but it is hard to taste the sweetness of the rice. This is a sake to be enjoyed with a narrow-mouthed cup.
Pairing with a glass with a narrow mouth seems to be difficult.
Rice polishing ratio 6.0, Sake meter value 7.0, Acidity 1.5
Likability 3.4
I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten 🍶.
I chose the owner's recommendation because I wanted to drink hot sake 😊.

Here's a quick comment 🍶.
Today we will naturally drink it hot💕The aroma is fruity and it can be served cold.
The color is beautiful💕
The mouthfeel is refreshing.
I think even people who don't like hot sake can drink it without worrying 💕💕
I think it's better lukewarm than hot 😊👍
I'm into hot sake lately.
I personally think the season is only until February 😅😅😅
I recommend it 👍it's warm without getting stuck in your throat!
Good morning, Makoji 😃.
Heated sake 🍶 is delicious 🍶 ☺️ It warms up fast these days, so it may indeed be until around February 😄.
I think it's a good idea to warm up the sake! I think it's a good idea to warm it up 🤗.
Good evening, Makoji-san. Morimoto is a good cosy sake 🍶♨️ brought back memories of how good it tasted when I drank it before, and oh how I want to drink it again 😊.
Thank you for your comment 😊It is a good sake that you can feel the sweetness of rice well among the heated sake I have drunk so far 👍I recommend heating it lukewarm 👍.

Sweetness and alcohol spreading, spiciness and crispness are stronger. More spicy and crisp than Ike which we drank together. I think I prefer Ike because it is easier to drink. If you prefer a more intense flavor, go for this one.
