( ´ ´ ` )🍶🍶🍶🍶´- Today we had a bottle of A-Sakura purchased at Murai, a local sake brewery 😄A collaboration product with A-Sakura? I found it in a corner shop in Akita station 🤔. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and the dryness comes after the umami of the rice 😚 It has a nice sharpness and would go well with any food 😘The description "umami dry" is right on the money 😙I felt it was like a royal road sake 😀.

Hiraccio's recommendation? I went to a U-shaped restaurant in Kawagoe, which was recommended by Mr. Hiraccio. The place is crowded with regulars. It is a good place for a quick drink. I wanted to drink tenkasu, but I had to heat it up. It tastes gentle. The label on the back is poetic. I said I could drink it quickly, but it was too long.

It arrived just a few minutes ago. This morning, the sake was pressed early in the morning. It seems I forgot to buy it last year, but this year I reserved it and bought it. I couldn't stand it, so I had a cup in my inoguchi. I love Tomikunishiki, but this year's Risshun morning pressing has a little acidity, a clean throat, and not much of an aftertaste. It's delicious!

My favorite Chiba sake "Iwanoi" is brewed with ultra-hard water (hardness 240). It has the delicious flavor of Omachi and the moderate bitterness and sharpness of hard water! The taste is deep and the acidity is dignified! It can be drunk as it is, or as a food sake...no...food sake🍶 is better 🙆I'm sipping it with boiled gammo and sashimi...🙆I'm sipping it with a side dish.

At home. Although it is called Hokkaido series, I compared the taste with Wakakoma for the first time. The mouthfeel is smooth, but the aroma and the feeling in the mouth is something I've never had before. It has a unique taste with a little bit of brown sugar in the mouth. I think it stands out more when compared to the Kokushi Muso. I'm sure it will change after a while, but it was the first time for me to feel the depth of sake.

TENJOJI Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Okuidumo, Tsuyahime from Shimane Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. This sake was bundled with the February hanpukai. Drinking Tenshuu makes me want to go to Izumo and eat soba noodles😃. The aroma of this one is very distinctive. It has a pleasant smoky aroma. I guess you could call it fragrance 😁.

Tenshitsu Haru no Tsuki Slightly sparkling Junmai Nigori Nama Shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 18%. I opened a bottle of Tenshitsu that was included in the February hanpukai. It has a very complex flavor. It is fresh but also has a bitter taste, gasiness, and a slight smokiness. It tastes like an adult. Interesting.

It is a sake named after a place in Gosho City, Nara Prefecture, where Chiyo Sake Brewery is located. Like Kushira, Gosho is a town with many difficult-to-read place names. For example, Bunze, Iuka, and Saragi. Gosho is a nice and peaceful place nestled in the bosom of the Katsuragi and Kongo mountains. Aburanaga-san of Kaze no Mori is also a sake brewer in Gosho. I guess it's a good place for sake brewing😋. It's been a while since I've had a Kushira, but it's dry and full of rice flavor. It's delicious 😆. I would like everyone to try it along with Chiyo's other brand "Shinomine" 👍.

Shinomine's terroir brand Kushira✨. I bought two kinds of Shinomine's summer sake, so I have no choice but to give you a first look🤣. The aroma is slightly sweet. The aroma is slightly sweet, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a delicious taste of rice and then it snaps! It's also got a good amount of gas, which adds to the sharpness😆. It's an unfiltered unpasteurized sake, but it's quite light✨. I think it's a great food sake that goes well with any Japanese, Western, or Chinese food✨.
