Trophies of the GW Kanazawa - Takayama trip. When I think of canned draft sake, I think of Kikusui Ichiban Shibori, but since this sake is also from Ishikawa Prefecture, which is famous for its sake, my expectations naturally went up. Bouken-san told me about it before, and I've become a fan of Watashibune's new sake 😚. But it's made with 100% short-stemmed Watashibune. I think this brand is as good as my favorite Genmai which I opened just before. The aroma is like a grape🍇, and in the mouth you can feel a very thin gas and a gentle sweetness. The aroma and taste are well integrated, and the transparent flavor fades out with a slight bitterness, which is brilliant 😆.
