The second glass was Hiwada, a pure rice with a fresh herbal base, Autumn up.
Hiwada is a brand new to me.
It is a bit more umami than Onumaya, with a rich flavor.
But it has a dry, swishy feel. (Laughs)
Goes well with sashimi.
Oh, man, I can drink it so easily.
Hey, Miyagi sake is delicious!
Our business partner was also excited. (Laughs)
