September 12, 2021 Dinner at home. I got this yazu from my friend yesterday. Today, I'm going to taste it as nigiri. The sake is Kawakame, a local sake from Hachimanohama. Kawakame. Limited production local sake brewed with Teruhi rice harvested from reclaimed fallow rice fields damaged in the 2014 Hiroshima torrential rain disaster🍶.
