I saw it on a liquor store's installment and was completely unfamiliar with the brand, so I searched for it on Sake no Wa and found that Greissinger19 was drinking it, so I bought it. Strong gasiness. Dry, clean and sweet. Cider-like with peach and lychee flavors. Lightly sweet as written. The acidity is beautiful and the bitterness at the end is pleasant. A better sake than expected.

@sakebar Fukuzo Osato Sake Brewery is located in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I didn't know about this place until I came to Fukuzo. I checked and there is a Kanbokuto Brewery nearby ✨. The first aroma is faintly sweet. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness typical of white malted rice. It is followed by a slight astringency that finishes it off. The refreshing acidity is quite delicious.

The acidity is distinctive ❕, but it's not just light and fresh. But it's not just light, it's a solid, elegant, high quality sake ✨. I felt a very modern essence in a classic 🤔. And with this flavor, it is recommended to be warmed up to lukewarm ❔. I tried it 🍶. Lukewarm changes the atmosphere of the acidity, it's sweet and sour like hot honey lemon 🍋. It's refreshing to begin with, but even more so: ☺️ It's also a great food sake 👍. I recommend drinking it cold to lukewarm, but after trying many different ways, I thought cold or lukewarm would be better 🤗.

Sake from the breweries of Chojamori and Koshino-Kanchubai. I had been interested in this sake for a long time, but I bought it because it was on special price and there was a draft. According to the Internet, the rice is Koshitanrei. I've seen the hi-ire version but only at Ito-Yokado 🤔. I heard it was developed in collaboration with Takaoka National College of Technology, and the 888th sake out of 1200 test brews was so good that they decided to commercialize it. Sourness like wine. It has sweetness but it's not like sake. As the description says, I would like to match it with meat and cheese.

Sake degree -30 enjoyment. Smells fresh, like sliced apples. It has a smooth texture, pear-like nuances, and a slight effervescence, with a nice balance of a little sourness and bitterness. The lactic acidity, umami of rice, and a little bit of alcohol make it refreshing and delicious after drinking! I was surprised at how easy it was to drink because I was imagining a sweet juice. It has a buggy feeling like other sake is bitter because it is sweet but doesn't make you feel sweet. Day 2. Clear and good! Would buy again.

What the hell? Yum Kore! Shuwa shuwa fruity♪ I didn't know there was such a modern sake in Niigata? I was impressed. I definitely recommend it to people who like Kaze no Mori and Sancho. Perfect for a hot day like today. I drank the 4-pack bottle instantly after chilling it down to the perfect temperature. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.

Second stop on the Takayama sake brewery tour. We visited Funasaka Sake Brewery. As usual, the tasting machine took care of us. I chose a junmai ginjo that seemed to suit me from the description. It was described as sweet, but I got the impression that it was medium sweet with no fruity taste. I wonder if it would be a sweet sake in this brewery's lineup? It tasted crisp.

I bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado! The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆. He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass!
