reed bed Sweet and alcohol-derived spiciness. Green apple-like aroma. Umami. Delicious. But 20 degrees is strong. Purchased at Kineya Sake Shop in Kitakata. This sake seems to be popular among the locals, and Kineya buys it when it is pressed at the beginning of the year and sells it all year round. Because of its high alcohol content, it is recommended to drink it chilled or, if it is strong, on the rocks. It is not sold directly from the brewery. The high point is that next to the brewery is a Kitakata ramen shop (). Perhaps it was because this was the first sake I drank at an event the day before, but I enjoyed it very much. It seems to be mostly for the local market. It was a good harvest.

Deep fried chicken spare ribs, with potato salad. 😍Drinkable. Potato salad with more vinegar is my I like to put it in. 😏. I got into it a while ago. I'm sneaking a drink with a ladle from the freshly made Kura I'm a sucker for a freshly brewed vinegar. （I love it 😁. I can't believe it's 20 degrees alu, fruity and Fresh sweetness! Not rough 😋, Rather refined and full bodied. 😍😍😍. It was best served cold rather than heated. 😄😄. I think it's also good on the rocks. I think it's good on the rocks too 😫. I liked it so much, I wanted to have another glass! But it was already sold out 😢. I'll definitely buy it in a bottle next time 😢. Next time I'll definitely buy it in a bottle.
