The fine bubbles that come at first bounce on the tongue, creating a freshness. After that, elegant sweetness with a white peach sheen and crisp acidity with a sense of minerality spread smoothly along a horizontal line. There is absolutely no cloying taste, and although the clarity is high, the delicious taste of rice lingers firmly at the end of the drink. I could sense the true essence of Kaze no Mori, or rather, the depth that conveys the brewer's thoughts 😊.

I was in Tokyo for 2 days of training at my company and was stuck in a hotel for the entire training 😵I got a small bottle of Tamanjutsu in the hotel room 😊It was purchased at Bic Camera 🫡. It had a cup on the lid 😚The taste was mild, with the refined sweetness and flavor of rice and a hint of sourness 😋. It was a good sake to drink before going to bed. 🙆‍♀️
