The fine bubbles that come at first bounce on the tongue, creating a freshness. After that, elegant sweetness with a white peach sheen and crisp acidity with a sense of minerality spread smoothly along a horizontal line. There is absolutely no cloying taste, and although the clarity is high, the delicious taste of rice lingers firmly at the end of the drink.
I could sense the true essence of Kaze no Mori, or rather, the depth that conveys the brewer's thoughts 😊.
