I think this might be my favorite of the Colors 🤔
But I hear the number of available bottles is gradually decreasing...
I'll be very sorry if I can't drink it at Kotoko 😭
I feel like it's been a while since I've seen colors 😂.
It has a new political flavor, but with a kind of calm atmosphere.
It's not that glamorous, but it's something I'd like to drink on special occasions. ✨️
I went out to see the projection mapping in the newly opened arena.
Before that, I was invited to visit Kotoko to compare Shinmasa and prepare for the tour.
Unfortunately, I heard that the No.6 was empty, so I tried the other ones.
I knew that Flax Cat was delicious and my favorite!
The soft acidity and calm sweetness gives it...zero sake feeling, no matter how many times I drink it.
This uncomfortable feeling of not working, it's special!
I could only see the projection mapping on the ocean side.
I wish I could have seen the projection mapping from the sea side, but frankly speaking, I would have liked to see it while drinking at the Sunport. It was beautiful, so I really hope they do it again 🌠.
I was looking forward to UA Sentori😚.
I've never had anything other than the 2025ver, but isn't every Sentori since the Edo kaeri?
I thought the Challenge Edition of Kaze no Mori was the best in sweet and sourness, but this one also has a perfect balance, although it is not as chili-like as the other one! It is hard to say which is better!
It didn't last more than an hour...
I can't wait to drink the Sentori I have in stock! I want to compare them!
The checkup is over and I can finally drink 😂.
Today I opened a bottle of Challenge Edition, which I was planning to compare with the last time I drank Yamadanishiki!
The aroma is quite subdued, very clear and clean.
When poured into the glass, there is a fine foam typical of Kaze no Mori! It looks delicious just by pouring it into the glass!
The attack is light and complex, but more than that, the sweetness and acidity are just perfect 😋.
I also enjoy the change in taste of the chili and bitterness that lingers on the tongue at the end.
It is like a cider, and I drank the whole bottle in no time at all 😨.
I wish they would make this a regular item!
Good morning, sibylla_tks!
Thank you for your checkup🍀.
Sake after abstinence is sinking in, isn't it⤴️
New? I've seen a lot of Wind Forest but haven't drunk it yet 😥.
And the review looks too delicious 🤤.
Good evening, ma-ki-, ☺️
After a successful checkup, I finally had a drink. It was sinking in 😂.
The Challenge Edition was right in the middle of my favorite and tasted even better!
It was a sake that made the drinker want to try it too!
Yamada Nishiki 807🤤 after almost a year.
I had a picture of it but didn't write down my thoughts on it, so I ended up taking it home 😗 after seeing it at the liquor store.
I never trust people's memories at all!
I thought it would be more smooth and easy to drink, but when I took a sip, it was the complete opposite 😆.
The finish was rather robust with a sense of complexity.
The finish is clear and dry for some reason. The end was clear and dry for some reason.
It's so refreshing!
It was a fun sake to drink, with a slight gassy feeling at the beginning.
I couldn't buy it last year, but I got it this year without forgetting.
This year I didn't forget and successfully got it‼️
I'm drooling just looking at the contrast of the separation...
I opened the bottle immediately 🥂.
The aroma is just as gorgeous and sweet as the appearance.
Silky and smooth on the palate, with a hint of fizz.
The sweet and sour taste reminiscent of strawberries and the touch of lactic acidity you feel later on makes you feel like you are drinking a strawberry shake...
It looks and feels gorgeous, and I bought an extra bottle to take with me to Hanami (cherry blossom viewing) this year 😆.
I would love to drink it with dessert cheese: ✨️
The last one is Aisan: ❤️
A pleasant chupon at the opening of the bottle: ✨️
And it already has a sweet aroma from the moment the bottle is opened!
It's like you can already feel the juicy sweet flavor from the moment it touches your lips 😋.
I think you will be very pleased if you can prepare it as a reward or something.
We both compared the results and both of us got the same result.
Yui no Kou→Aiyama→Yamada Nishiki→Omachi 😚.
I thought it would be in order of cheapest to drink, but I was still impressed by the sweetness and deliciousness of Aizan. ❤️
Omachi🔥🔥🔥🔥
The punch at the beginning of the drink is unbelievable.
The umami and sweetness are thickly felt and then it is very smooth and crisp.
It's the kind of wine you want to savor while drinking 😋.
Next is Yamada Nishiki😊.
It is now more drinkable than the Yunokou 😊✨️
You can feel the umami and the volume.
It's consistent from the beginning to the end of drinking with a lingering aftertaste.
Beautiful but voluptuous. ✨️
This is the one that makes you want a entrée 🤤.
I have run out of space in my fridge, so I plan to consume it by comparing drinks.
This time with different rice from Akabu! 😆
I'm going to start with Yunokou because of the order of release date 🥂.
The aroma is very nice and the mouthfeel is very refreshing.
I have an image of Akabu Jungin as gorgeous and juicy, but this one is clear and refreshing,
but this one is clear and refreshing.
If you are not conscious of it, you will find yourself running out 😅.
I haven't had it for a while, so anyway, it's delicious 🤣.
First time I ordered it because of the cool label 😊.
I didn't expect 18.5 degrees of alcohol 😆.
But it's not as robust as I thought it would be, it has a slight fruity flavor, but it's still very sharp.
It's more of a classic sake with a nice sharpness that goes very well with rice 😊.
It is really windy and extra cold today!
We were planning to eat out, but it was so cold that we didn't make it to the city and were limited to the neighborhood arcade 😑.
I had already opened a bottle of sake, but at this point I decided to start with a small set of sips, which confirmed that I was already in a lazy mode.
After a few rounds, I tried these two from the sake menu.
I hadn't been to Nabeshima-san in a really long time.
When I first started drinking sake years ago, I remember that most restaurants had it and I drank it often (I don't even remember what Nabeshima is anymore).
The Nabeshima I haven't had in a long time is a more umami type, with a slight sweetness that quickly gives way to umami.
Overall, it was mellow and umami, but easy to drink 😲.
I was busy this morning and had to walk from place to place 😖.
Although I have plans to eat out for dinner, I was thirsty so I wet my lips a little bit before going out 😋.
The three bottles I was going to drink were all 13 degrees, so I decided to go with a somewhat calming-looking cargo tag sake 😆.
The fruity aroma has a bit of a cemedine vibe to it.
The mouthfeel is refreshing and easy to drink with just a hint of sweetness and umami.
It has a clear aftertaste that you can feel water and a really slight bitterness, which doesn't stop me...
I ended up having a bottle with a light snack 🤣.
I think I drank too much before having dinner...
Another one that seems to be more dry 😊.
Unlike the previous Asamayama, this one has a more classic, light-hearted look.
It is so clean and crisp that you can feel the weight of the alcohol, which makes you want to have something to drink with it...
I'm starting to wonder if I'm going to be able to have dinner after this 😆.
Promises are...
It's past the time, but I haven't heard from him yet, so I continue to drink standing up!
And then I tried the big hot one with some gusto 😆.
The citrusy aroma was followed by a crisp, clean taste!
I couldn't help but groan as it developed too quickly in my mouth 🙏.
I think it is indeed dry, but I feel that the change in taste after drinking has slightly diminished the image of dryness.
I would like to have this while eating rice 🤤.
Keep in touch!
This is also your first time here 😊.
The aroma is subdued, but the taste is voluptuous and dry with a gentle sweetness of rice!
It's a very satisfying sake 😄.
This is my first time here, Tanaka Rokuo🎉.
I had an impression of a big-boned classic from the label, but if anything, it's the exact opposite, very modern and delicate 😲.
Very fresh and lush fruitiness!
The sweetness and umami can be felt as if it is riding on the center of the flavor, and the aftertaste is very soft 👏.
I didn't know this before...
It was so good that I just had to have another one 😋.
I hope I can buy it in Hakata next month.
Well, I haven't heard from them about meeting up, so I'm going one after the other 😝.
This drink matches today so well that the label also says Valentine's Day 🍾.
The sweetness that is typical of kijoshu spreads to your mouth the moment you drink it and makes you feel very rich. ✨️
The soft sweetness and acidity without feeling heavy even though it is sweet, and the sala-sweetness that does not linger afterwards is very pleasing.
It was nice to be able to drink it today, but the fact that there were men all around me...
I'm inevitably going to want to compare the sake brewed with No. 6 and No. 7 yeast, as they will be released at the same time! 😊
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, but the taste is dry and cool with a moderate sweetness.
I also like how this one doesn't leave a residue in the mouth after drinking!
This time we only had the No. 6 yeast, so I would like to try the No. 7 yeast if I have the chance 😚.
