First time I ordered it because of the cool label 😊. I didn't expect 18.5 degrees of alcohol 😆. But it's not as robust as I thought it would be, it has a slight fruity flavor, but it's still very sharp. It's more of a classic sake with a nice sharpness that goes very well with rice 😊.

It is really windy and extra cold today! We were planning to eat out, but it was so cold that we didn't make it to the city and were limited to the neighborhood arcade 😑. I had already opened a bottle of sake, but at this point I decided to start with a small set of sips, which confirmed that I was already in a lazy mode. After a few rounds, I tried these two from the sake menu. I hadn't been to Nabeshima-san in a really long time. When I first started drinking sake years ago, I remember that most restaurants had it and I drank it often (I don't even remember what Nabeshima is anymore). The Nabeshima I haven't had in a long time is a more umami type, with a slight sweetness that quickly gives way to umami. Overall, it was mellow and umami, but easy to drink 😲.

I was busy this morning and had to walk from place to place 😖. Although I have plans to eat out for dinner, I was thirsty so I wet my lips a little bit before going out 😋. The three bottles I was going to drink were all 13 degrees, so I decided to go with a somewhat calming-looking cargo tag sake 😆. The fruity aroma has a bit of a cemedine vibe to it. The mouthfeel is refreshing and easy to drink with just a hint of sweetness and umami. It has a clear aftertaste that you can feel water and a really slight bitterness, which doesn't stop me... I ended up having a bottle with a light snack 🤣. I think I drank too much before having dinner...

Another one that seems to be more dry 😊. Unlike the previous Asamayama, this one has a more classic, light-hearted look. It is so clean and crisp that you can feel the weight of the alcohol, which makes you want to have something to drink with it... I'm starting to wonder if I'm going to be able to have dinner after this 😆.

Promises are... It's past the time, but I haven't heard from him yet, so I continue to drink standing up! And then I tried the big hot one with some gusto 😆. The citrusy aroma was followed by a crisp, clean taste! I couldn't help but groan as it developed too quickly in my mouth 🙏. I think it is indeed dry, but I feel that the change in taste after drinking has slightly diminished the image of dryness. I would like to have this while eating rice 🤤. Keep in touch!

This is my first time here, Tanaka Rokuo🎉. I had an impression of a big-boned classic from the label, but if anything, it's the exact opposite, very modern and delicate 😲. Very fresh and lush fruitiness! The sweetness and umami can be felt as if it is riding on the center of the flavor, and the aftertaste is very soft 👏. I didn't know this before... It was so good that I just had to have another one 😋. I hope I can buy it in Hakata next month.

Well, I haven't heard from them about meeting up, so I'm going one after the other 😝. This drink matches today so well that the label also says Valentine's Day 🍾. The sweetness that is typical of kijoshu spreads to your mouth the moment you drink it and makes you feel very rich. ✨️ The soft sweetness and acidity without feeling heavy even though it is sweet, and the sala-sweetness that does not linger afterwards is very pleasing. It was nice to be able to drink it today, but the fact that there were men all around me...

I'm inevitably going to want to compare the sake brewed with No. 6 and No. 7 yeast, as they will be released at the same time! 😊 The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, but the taste is dry and cool with a moderate sweetness. I also like how this one doesn't leave a residue in the mouth after drinking! This time we only had the No. 6 yeast, so I would like to try the No. 7 yeast if I have the chance 😚.

Compared to the Masamune Instrumental Masamune I've had so far, I don't feel the volume of sweetness and umami, and it's crisp and easy to drink 😊. It's not a heavy type, but a light sweetness, so combined with the sharpness, it's easy to drink and seems to go well with a meal 😚.

I had some time before the rendezvous, so I went to chiro's. It's been quite a while since I've seen Koei Chrysanthemum 😋. Citrusy aroma like grapefruit. It has a slight sweetness and a dry taste, but it also has a bitter sourness like grapefruit, just like the aroma, which makes it a refreshing drink 🥂. I like it a lot.

Well, it was supposed to end with a comparison of the Risshun Morning Press, but both are instant killers 😑. Thanks to the cold wave, it rarely snows & should not accumulate, but it has started to snow ❄️ so-so in the afternoon. I opened a bottle of SNOW from Akabu, thinking this would be a good situation ✨️ I carefully opened the bottle, being scared of the opening warning, but it was a very cute "pop" 😄. The sweetness of the rice is easily felt, while the sourness and bitterness are lightly felt. The aroma is not flashy, but the rounded fruity flavor does not interfere with the drinking experience and gives a sense of tranquility. Overall, there is nothing outstanding about this sake, and I would like to drink it with a sense of purity 😋 (although I was being gulped down by the side!).

This year, we had no idea that we were going to have a Risshun morning pressed sake comparison 😆! And we brought a bottle of Senkou (✨️). I haven't had the chance to drink the Sentori after the Edo Era yet, so maybe this is the first time for me? I'll have to open the Modern, Classic and Retro in the fridge 😳. Well, I think I managed to escape the difficulty because of the Risshun restriction, but I think there are still other Sentori I haven't had yet besides the three Zero types... I wonder when it will open 🌠... I'm enjoying the same Risshun morning pressing, but each brewery has its own unique characteristics! Sentori's is too easy to drink with low alcohol content 😝. I was going to drink it in a more solemn way, but the exquisite sourness made my glass go down the drain 😚. Is this Edo gaeri? If so, I'm in trouble... I might not be able to stop 😨.

This year Safety in the home Safe and sound and prosperous business Praying for a safe, healthy and prosperous year... 🙏✨️ I don't know if such a delicious prayer is possible 😝. It's been a few days since I filled the bottle, so it must have changed somewhat, but the aroma is fresh right after opening the bottle. ❇️ The mouthfeel is clean and mellow! It has a hint of sweetness and finishes dry, so it went well with sashimi. I wonder which one I will try next year.

Normally, I would have had the Risshun Asa Shibori Naruto Tai, but I'll be pissed off later if I drink it alone, so today I'm going to open a bottle of Qn that I bought with the label 🤗. After opening the bottle, you can smell the fruity aroma of pears or apples 👏. The sensation of the modest sweet and sourness that disappears quickly makes me feel so faint that I almost feel like I'm going to get sick 😌. The low alcohol content makes it light, and it tastes more like a sports drink than an alcoholic beverage. It tastes more like a sports drink than an alcoholic beverage! I think I can drink it without being ready to drink it ✨. I was drinking it with a little bit of it in my mouth, but maybe it was my imagination that it tasted a little like Shinmasa... Maybe I drank too much... I've had a lot going on this month, and when I checked my app, I saw that I've gone from 5 days a week to 4.5 days a week 😩. I must have overdone it...!

Do you have any interesting new arrivals? Usagi Shin BLACK that came out in They haven't even opened the bottle yet, so they're not even sure what it tastes like 😏. I myself had my first Boshimaya ✨ I can't smell the aroma clearly because of my stuffy nose lately... I can smell the cool, dignified and slightly sour taste. The fine bubbles on the glass I poured it into got me excited 🆙. The fine bubbles that come out of the glass ✨ are good. The sweetness and thin acidity are refreshing, and the bitterness that lingers afterwards is nice! The alcohol content is 17%, but it is not as alcoholic as I thought it would be, so it is good during a meal. It's 17% alcohol, but it's not as alcoholic as I thought it would be, so it's good while eating.

The proprietress was very eager to recommend the dewy leaf breeze from the forest of the wind. I heard that the 807 was already gone, too bad 😣. I have a few bottles of Kaze no Mori in stock at home, but they probably only had Akitsuho and Yamadanishiki, so go for it! I'll be there 🥳. It was a bit too fresh and had lost the fresh, light, tongue-stabbing attack that it had immediately after the bottle was opened. It is still delicious as a sake, and you can feel the mild sweetness, so it is a good sake that satisfies you even though it does not change much.... After all, Kaze no Mori is easy on the wallet 😭

Risshun Asa Shibori✨This is my third year. This is my third year. The third year I bought the Naruto sea bream Risshun Asa Shibori. Unfortunately, my hometown of Kagawa doesn't seem to have it, so I guess this is all they sell in Shikoku😊. When I went to pick up the sake I had reserved, the sake was stacked in a small area and they were busy preparing labels, novelties, etc. I'm really bowled over by the work that goes into each sake brewery after they pick it up from Kagawa. 🙇‍♂️ You can feel the blessings! The most important thing to remember is that you can't just go to the store and buy a new one, you have to go to the store and buy a new one. They also had Risshun Asa Shibori, so I had a glass of Tsukasa Botan. I drank it the year before last and my impression was that it was "powerful with a sense of blessing", but as I sipped it, it seemed to have mellowed. I was most impressed by the fact that it had mellowed as I drank more and more of it! That was my best impression 😆. This year's Shibobotan has a sweetness that spreads from the first sip, yet it goes down smoothly. It is very easy to drink 😌. It was difficult to explain the calendar and lucky charms to the Korean tourists next door 😣. He was very interested in it and drank it with great interest.

The regulars were arguing and arguing, and I almost blew up when the owner said, "You guys are still going to drink! The owner became very passionate in explaining the recommended sake and eventually started a sake discussion with the regulars. Contrived 😆. The sake is made by a method called "tobin-oi", which is to collect the sake that has been dripping without being pressed. The aroma is like brandy. The aroma has a calm atmosphere. Unlike the aroma, the mouthfeel starts with a strong umami flavor, but it disappears without any lasting power, leaving a sense of freshness. The slow extraction process seems to have enhanced the delicacy and transparency of the sake without stressing it. It was a very mysterious sake. It is not easy to come here, but I definitely want to visit again. I told the owner that I was getting too old. He made a bad joke that if I picked up the phone, it meant he wasn't dead, so I should call him before coming! I will be back!

I was glad to be welcomed safely and warmly, but I was told that the restaurant closes at 9:45 p.m. today because the general manager had some business to attend to, and since I entered at 9:00 p.m., I had 45 minutes to spare! The first drink was chosen by the waiters, so I had to choose what I wanted to drink and what I wanted to eat from the many cases. There were so many kinds of drinks that I had no idea what to drink! It was suddenly like a time attack. I'm suddenly in the mood for a time attack... So, I decided to try Hana-yosu, which made its debut the other day😅. I was just thinking that I would like to try another HANA-YOSU because it was different from what I imagined when I drank it for the first time! (I didn't know I'd get that chance so soon) Hi! This is it! This is what I imagined! The aroma is gorgeous and the mouthfeel is smooth and sweet. The lingering slight bitterness is also a gifted type 😚. The waiters in the back didn't seem to know about the early closing and were arguing over which one to drink next in front of the case 😄.
