While the excitement of last night's Abe shock had not abated, I couldn't resist opening a bottle of Junmai Ginjo as well 😠(Junmai disappeared yesterday...). (The Junmai disappeared yesterday...) The rice, alcohol content, and rice polishing ratio have been changed for this one, so expectations are high! The aroma was a little less after the bottle was opened, probably because it was chilled a little bit like yesterday. The mouthfeel is very easy to drink, and like the Junmai, it also has a grapefruit flavor 😊. I still have the impression that the clarity has improved, but perhaps it's the alcohol content, but this one has a little more umami and weight. It is not so much that they interfere with the food, but rather that they are more in harmony with the food, making it more suited to the dining table. Both Junmai and Jungin are easy to drink and delicious, so I will have to pay attention to Abe-san... But I can't find a liquor store that carries it 😩. In any case, I feel like I drank something terrible during GW 🤣.

Mr. Lemacom came to our house and picked up the alcohol that we left at our friend's house during GW 😙. But now I had to pick up my friend's alcohol 😆. When I came back home and counted my own sake, I found that there were almost 40 bottles of 4 gou bottles, which of course overflowed from Lemakom-sama😅. Well, on the other hand, there's still room in the fridge... The first bottle to be opened today is Abe-san! I had wanted to try it for a long time, so I bought it at the time of some purchase, and finally! First of all, the label is simple and symbolic. First of all, the label is simple and symbolic, very good! And the taste is also surprising 😲. I think it might be my favorite Junmai I've ever had... Even with 80% polished rice, the sweetness and umami flavor are outstanding. The acidity at the end, while assertive, does not linger. The low alcohol content of 11% makes everything "just right" overall. Seriously shocking: ✴️

Good morning, sibylla_tks 😃 Dear Lemacombe 😍I see you had a big GW liquor move 🤗but 40 bottles in stock is awesome😳. And congratulations on your first Abe ㊗️ 🎉 shocking ‼️ I know 😙.

Good morning Jay & Nobby 😊. Finally got rid of some of my alcohol storage issues 😃. First Abe... first impact was too awesome 😵. I'm kind of scared that there will be more awesome ones since there seems to be so many varieties...

The last bottle of this month was a bottle of Yuma bought in Hakata 😃. I bought it without any information, so I had a classic image of it, but it was smooth and refreshingly modern 🤤. It's as if it's a soothing water itself, and although you can taste the bitterness of the umami and sourness finish, it all flows nicely and without a hitch.... This is a blink-and-you'll-miss-it 😅

I drank from noon, AKABU AIR✨️ I had bought two bottles last year because it was so good, and I bought two bottles again this year! I bought two bottles last year because it was so good. It's low in alcohol and easy to drink, not too sweet and not too bitter. It's not carbonated, but it's a sparkling rummy feeling! I was able to drink it again this year. Thank you 🤤.

Second fermentation in bottle version of KAWATSURU Olive that we drank last month😃. The liquor store owner told us that the label was changed to a spring-like label and that the bottling was made at a different time of the year. The sake shop owner told us that the label was changed to a spring-like label and the bottling period was different. As usual, you need to be careful when opening the bottle... I spent 20 minutes loosening and tightening the cap... Anyway, it tries to blow out whenever there's a chance😅. After opening the bottle, there is a soft sweet aroma and at the same time a lactic acid aroma. When you pour it into a glass, you can see the schwash: ✨️ The bubbles are amazing, but they are fine and fleeting like cotton candy, so you can easily drink it without any resistance 💯. The alcohol content is only 9%, so you don't feel like you're drinking alcohol at all! It takes a while to open, so it's difficult to drink it in its kinky state, but when it's cold, it's almost endlessly drinkable 🤣. It's more like an alcohol or an elegant lactic acidic spodolite. It's gorgeous and light, so it would be a good toast for celebrations or parties! In case you were wondering...

I was a little curious but could not afford to buy KURAMOTO😊. Last month in Osaka, I found only a bottle of bitline, but gave it up because I couldn't take it home with me after the concert. I found a rus1 KURAMOTO SE😏 in Hakata at the beginning of this month. It arrived but finally couldn't fit in my fridge anymore, so I had to borrow my friend's fridge 😱. And finally I bought a Remacom freezer stocker on sale on Amazon 🤣. I'm sure this will allow me to drink in peace... The bottle opened maturely. The aroma is slightly sweet muscat-like. The first sip feels a little heavy, or perhaps it is clear but with body and breadth. In the second half, the acidity becomes the main flavor, but it is not the sweet and sour acidity that has been my favorite recently. I got the impression that the expression of the wine changes a lot between the beginning and the end of drinking. I enjoyed it as a stand-alone alcoholic beverage, so it is good for casual drinking! (if you can get it easily)

After the toast, I bought some Fukkai in Osaka 🤤. The first Fukkai, the opening bottle is mature and has a soft and beautiful aroma. Ah, it's so deeply delicious! It is so beautiful, the rice flavor and sweetness gently ride on your tongue 😊. After drinking the rice wine, I don't feel any resistance to it and it goes down smoothly. I can drink it without feeling any resistance. It disappeared as if a wave receded while we were talking about our aspirations and recent situation... I want to drink it while reading a book or something, I wish I had bought one more bottle.

In honor of a friend's birthday (🎊), I pulled out a bottle of sake that had been lying dormant and seemed like it would go well with the celebration and opened the bottle. It didn't spill, but there was a lot of bubbles as soon as I poured it 😳. The bubbles were very fine and robust, with a rather high carbonation level! The bubbles don't go away, and the sweetness is as strong as the bubbles, and the bitterness is very pronounced at the end 😆. It's a good sake with a gorgeous flavor, but it's not easy to drink for me because I don't like strong carbonation. I'm not a fan of strong carbonation, so it's not easy to drink for me... If it had less bubbles, I could drink it in gulps. (Is it because it's not that kind of alcohol?!) I tried to make it as uncarbonated as possible with the leftover alcohol, and the slight carbonation made it easier to drink, so I drank it in one gulp 😋.

What a cute size cup 😆. Even at 100ml, it has a strong presence! The first half of the drink is sweet like Omine, and the second half is expansive like a cup of sake 😋. Omine's attention to detail in every product is amazing ✨️ I can see the ephemeral amount, so I will not drink it all at once, but savor it little by little...

I'm supposed to have a light drink? 😆 I bought a bottle of sake when I stopped by Fukuoka, one of the sake I couldn't easily buy in my hometown. I think I drank it a few times, but the blue label lured me in😊. It's not flashy, but it's so juicy! It's got just enough umami to keep me from getting tired of drinking it, and I finished half of it in no time at all... Oh no, I have to stop here 😱.

The cherry blossoms are still in full bloom, but rain is forecast for tomorrow 😰. I was hoping to go out for a relaxing hanami saké, but I wonder if it will be ok... We wanted to drink lightly, so we opened this bottle today 🍾. The aroma is fruity and mellow, but the mouthfeel is light and elegant, with a light sweetness, like delicious water... However, it soon became more satisfying as it quickly spread in the mouth! I was addicted to salted squid on a long trip, so I drank a little bit of it today as well, but it was already empty! It was already empty!

The normally special Sanchi Yamadanishiki Ninonun brewery is a common one here 😚. It's a dreamy situation, isn't it? And it's naturally delicious too 😋. The Soboro-don with Hozasu was also delicious, but I regretted that I should have paired it with Hozasu. It was after I had already bought it and arranged for it to be mailed! I watched the results of the day's raffle while sipping my drink, I didn't win anything, not even the first prize 😭.

Hi YSTJ 😊 It's not every day that you find yourself in an atmosphere where everyone around you is drinking sansho as a matter of course! I'm not sure why I usually can't buy it easily even though there were so many bi-nong brews... I bought as many as I could on the day 🤣.

There were three types of sanshin banquet drinks, and if you used up exactly all the coins provided on the day, you could drink all three types! I was so excited 🤔. Not enough to drink at all 😂. So I got in line and opened the collaboration sake of Hana no Kaori and Shiraito that I got 😆. I really like the sound they make when they open the bottle 🎉. It makes me feel good 🎉! If you look closely, you can see that everyone is opening sake in the same way 😏. The slight effervescence was the same as that of the three types we drank in the comparison, but the nigoriness and slightly lactic acidity may be a bit like Shiraito-ness. The bubbles are light and easy to drink, and the four-pack of sake with the horse meat tofu as snack is instantaneous.... I've already opened one bottle and I still can't get enough 😭.

I drank a lot at the divine banquet today, but I was still quite disappointed that I couldn't drink & buy the incense... 🤣 After returning to Hakata to stock up on sake, we went to a few places for dinner and a little sake 😏. Finally, we stopped by Nomokka, where we met Kako 🥂. The bottle was opened with a light sound like champagne, and immediately after, the aroma was gorgeous, with hints of lychee and muscat. It was light, with a slight bubbly, slightly sweet layer that passed into dryness and a pleasant bitterness, so much so that I wondered if I was really drinking champagne. It is so light that you wonder if you are really drinking champagne. I think I've had most of what I wanted to drink on this trip!

Nice to meet you Umehana! It seems to be a venue exclusive ‼️ The sweetness explodes from the first sip 🤤. It's not too sweet, but it's not too sweet, and it's not too sweet, so you can drink it easily. This one was only for comparison, so I didn't buy it... Instead, I bought the sparkling Hana-no-Kou, which was only available at the opening. I'm looking forward to opening it.

Participated in the first birth god party! I've been so excited since this morning that I haven't been able to sleep 😆. I got a coin on the bus and was the first in line for the Kako x Yamada Nishiki Kanpai 🥂! I was so excited I couldn't sleep 😆 I got a coin from the bus and was first in line for Kako and Yamada-Nishiki 🥂! The sweet aroma and dryness of Kako's rice is still there, but the sweetness at the beginning is more like Yamadanishiki ✨️ Yummmm! I immediately got in line and secured two bottles 😚.

The final dish is the Akabusan that you brought for us 😋. The label is also red, which is very thoughtful and stimulates the desire to buy! When I drank it, I found it to be a very robust type of sake. It's powerful! The sweet flavor sits there for a while, and then the bitterness takes over. I didn't know there was an Akabu like this! I thought I drank quite a few kinds, but I guess I need to dig a little deeper...

Aisan💘 This one also has a Daimine-like flavor, but is an explosion of sweetness compared to the Dewa Sanzan that we just drank! But I like the fact that it doesn't leave a lingering aftertaste 😋. The first sip won my heart over! If you are not much of a drinker, this one might be easier to drink! Maybe it's because I'm old, but I can't drink a lot of things that are heavy 😂. If I was younger, I could drink a lot... 😑.

We are drinking out of our fridge stock one after another for all sorts of reasons 😖. Today, I drank Dewa Sanzan, which I had bought because of the memory again of Omine Yamada Nishiki that I drank before! Every time I drink Omine, the sake is so beautiful... The aroma is like grapes, and the taste is fresh. The first sip is a little sweet and tasty, and then the rest of the flavor just disappears. The rest of the flavor and sweetness just disappears... 😳 Yamada-Nishiki is well-balanced and cohesive. Dewa Sanzan has more flamboyance! The name "Dewa Sanzan" sounds delicious to begin with 😆.

Next up is Sentori's Sakura 😀. I remember drinking a little of this one last year. What? I don't remember it was this good⁉ This one has a little lees, but it too is very mild and refreshing. It is similar to the Akabu SAKURA we just drank, but it has a slightly sour taste and is more drinkable. It is also very drinkable. It is also low in alcohol. I drank two bottles of this with a gubi gubi gubi, even though there were no flowers 😂. It's hard to say which one is better, but I think I prefer Akabu's SAKURA, which I was able to drink comfortably. Both were delicious and I would buy both if they were still available 😆.
