I walked around and finally got the NORA I wanted to drink and see: ✌️ I heard that there are two types of this mizu-hashiroku second fermentation in bottle, one made from raw rice and the other from koji, so I would have liked to buy two types and compare them. I would have liked to buy two types to compare them, but after visiting several stores, I finally found only this pink label made from raw rice. Is it inevitable that the pink one, which my uncle is not comfortable with, is the only one left? I'm not sure. I wanted to drink the gray label, too! It was covered with a label warning me to open the bottle, so I was careful... but I peed a little, but it was naughty and gassy. It was a bit gassy, and the sweet aroma came through, probably because I blew on it a bit. When I drank it, the first thing I felt was the gasiness! The schwarziness rushes in. The sweetness is very mild and gentle, probably due to the fact that it is made from the yeast. The acidity is not unpleasant, and the aftertaste is refreshing. The pink color seems to be pulling at the sake, but even women who are not good at sake can drink it easily. I may recommend it to someone who is looking for a sake to bring to a girls' night out soon. I regret that I couldn't drink the other one because it was so delicious... 😩.

When I stopped by a liquor store on a short trip, I saw Kaze no Mori on the shelves and picked up a bottle of ALPHA 5, which looked perfect for heating up as the weather turned colder. I picked up a bottle of ALPHA 5, which looked perfect for warming up, and looked at it. The clerk whispered to me that some Kaze no Mori was going to be sold out. I am a sucker for words like "limited edition" and "final. I quietly put the ALPHA 5 in my hand back on the shelf and took home a few bottles that I had decided to drink at New Year's, along with ALPHA 3, the last of the Kaze no Mori bottles to be fired up. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was slightly subdued and very clear. When I drank it, I found that it was different from any other Kaze no Mori I had drunk so far in that it was wonderfully clear with no distinctive complexity. If you drink it without knowing it, you may not be able to tell that you are drinking Kaze no Mori. I think so. It's quite tasty in its own way! I hear that advances in refrigerated transport have made it possible to deliver fresh sake even to foreign countries. What a waste that technological advances have made it impossible to drink.., It was our first and last encounter, but until we meet again 😥........

It's liver work day, which has become 2 a week since I started watching my weight, but I have CL today, so I'll be moderate...(drink on the weekend!) I opened a bottle of Goyuji Sunglow Fog, which I welcomed into my house as a jacket purchase some time ago, with trepidation 😋. I kept opening and closing the bottle while making sure the gas was slowly going down since it is a crowned type, The bottle was opened without any blowout! The aroma after opening the bottle is fresh and citrusy. It has a nice fizz and a sharp, clean, fresh, dry mouthfeel with a moderate sweetness, and just the right amount of bitterness and lactic acidity in the aftertaste. It was so easy to drink that one might ask, "Are you a dry lemon sour? It was so easy to drink (= it was gone in no time). I like that it's easy to drink and comes in a small size.

Thanks to my recent increase in rest days, my consumption has not kept pace with the amount of food I consume, and I finally have space in my fridge for... I'd like to buy less, but I'm afraid I won't be able to next year 😭 So I chose Houou Mita's Mikumari from the series that will be gone in no time after opening the bottle. After opening the bottle, I could feel the gas as soon as I poured it, and my expectations were high. Oh, no, this is no good 😢. The taste is cool and refreshing with moderate sweetness and moderate acidity. It doesn't last...it won't last a day! I'm supposed to consume it, but I almost go check to see if there's any left... It's getting colder, but I'd like another bottle to accompany a hot pot or something.

I opened a bottle of Sono Kankiku's Monochrome, which I hadn't been able to drink with my dinner! Although it is called "Monochrome", it is gorgeous and fresh with a sense of fruitiness. I am intrigued by the umami and lingering aftertaste rather than the sweetness. There is also a calm minerality that gives a very cohesive impression. It doesn't interfere with the meal, and it's a slushy type of wine. It's not bad! And a natural label purchase...

Next was the first instrument Masamune at home. First of all, the aroma after opening the bottle was amazing! It has an unbelievably sweet aroma. The first thing that hits you when you drink it is how sweet it is! And then the richness! Perhaps it is the image of Oumachi that pulls you in, but it feels very sweet and delicious. It was a full-bodied, voluptuous and satisfying sake!

After running all my errands in the morning, I decided to open up a few of the drinks I couldn't have over the weekend. The immorality of weekday afternoon only... 😆 First, let's start with Eiko Fuji's ALCHEMIST! When we opened the bottle, the aroma was sweet and fresh. The aroma is just as sweet as fresh peaches and melons. The lingering aftertaste is gentle, and I think it is a very beautiful sake, including the bitterness that lingers just a little bit afterwards. Of course, I bought the label.

After a quick drink and feeling tipsy, take a stroll around town to a popular oden restaurant 😋. We managed to slip in because it was early in the day! It is now the season for oden. Naturally, I drink with the offerings. I have seen Uguisu in the garden several times, but this is the first time for me to drink it. I drank it cold, and it has a soft sweet aroma. It is soft on the palate with a gentle aftertaste, and its umami and slight bitterness are the best match for the gently flavored oden! The sake was delicious, but the first time I tried zurigiri with oden, I was shocked by the texture that overturned my concept of zurigiri, as it crumbled into pieces.

This is also the recommended Denshin Nama Sake 😛. In contrast to the Yo-no-Tori we had earlier, the freshness and crispness of the nama-zake made us want to drink it in gulps. I was intrigued by the fact that this was my first experience with Hashira shochu, but the person drinking next to me seemed to know what it was and explained it to me. It is brewed by adding homemade shochu, and I think I now understand why it is so sharp and refreshing with a full-bodied flavor. The snowman that appears when you open the bottle is also cute. I wonder if it is related to the snowman!

It's been quite a while since I had a drink at Yonotori 😃. I remember it was delicious, but I think I was hesitant to drink it because it was a kijo sake. I should update my memory of the sake, "Isn't it juice? It's still delicious, but if I had it at home, I'd probably choose the occasion to drink it.

Next was Houou Mita Hatsushibori😚 which was recommended to us. Compared to other Hououmida wines I've had, this one was very easy to drink! Fruity, sweet and delicious, but fresh and light with no heaviness and a lingering aftertaste! The new sake is delicious!

I haven't been able to buy a snowman yet! A day ago, Kotoko-san notified me of its arrival, so I came here for a drink while running errands. I heard that a bottle was available yesterday, so I asked him about it and he told me that he had opened the bottle with great care yesterday 😆. It was smooth on the palate with lees mixed in! It's been a while since I've had Eikofuji. It has a very gorgeous aroma, and I feel like drinking it! The clear mouthfeel is followed by a dry, refreshing taste that gradually spreads to a delicious flavor! It has a clear mouthfeel, but the umami gradually spreads to the palate. I was drinking it with a red ginger snack in my hand, and as it approached room temperature, the aroma became more pronounced and smelled like tropical fruit. It's a good thing that I can't help but drink it.

A perfect label buy! I'm not sure if it's because it's made with wine yeast or not! It is fresh and fruity like a crisp white wine, perhaps because it is made with wine yeast. It's sweet, light, and hard to stop drinking... I forgot to take a picture and by that time there were only a few left 😰. I like the gap between the label and the wine!

I knew that the local sake would be different from the others! The first Hozu was drier than Yamadanishiki. The layers of sweetness and umami are a bit thin, delicate, and very easy to drink. We drank it while saying "yummy, yummy, yummy" to each other, and it was completely empty in no time... But it was a good opportunity for me to try this sake since I couldn't find a good time to open it. Oh, how fleeting...

The results of an acquaintance's exam were announced and he passed with flying colors, so we opened a bottle to celebrate 🤤. The damage was kept to a minimum, although there was a slight blowout! The sweet aroma is so sweet. The gasiness is not too harsh, making it easy to drink, and it is not as dry as I expected! The aftertaste is also refreshing due to the gas while still having a hint of sweetness. I think it is one of the easier to drink sparkling wines. Personally, I ranked it high on my list of favorites! The only negative point is that for some reason, sparkling wine is not easy to drink because you feel like you have to drink it on some occasion...(my own opinion).

Tenmei found a delicious-looking label at a liquor store and took it straight home. The low alcohol content of 11 degrees reminds me of Sarasara Junmai, which I drank in the summer and was very impressed with, so my expectations were high. When the bottle was opened, it had a sweet and sour aroma. There is no sense of gas, and the light umami and sweetness is followed by a refreshing acidity that leaves no aftertaste. The color of the label and the very clear and freshness of the sake make it very easy to drink, giving the impression of pears. Is it really sake? If you take your time and drink it sloppily, the acidity settles down towards the end and it is no longer like pear juice. This series by Tenmei? I like it very much. I feel that they are very good at making sake with a clear taste.

Is this some kind of challenging drink? The aroma is fruity, but somewhat subdued. The gasiness is also subtle, and I think it is a little less than usual.
