Hatsuzakura Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake This is not "Hatsuzakura" from Yasui Shuzo Brewery in Shiga Prefecture, nor "Noto Hatsuzakura" from Sakurada Shuzo in Ishikawa Prefecture, but "Hatsuzakura" from Hatsuzakura Shuzo in Wakayama Prefecture. It is served cold. The color is clear and the yellow color is clearly visible. The top-tasting aroma is slightly caramelized first, followed by alcohol aroma. The mouthfeel is voluminous with a juicy acidity. The nose is filled with aromas of dried fruits and ripe fruits. The mouth is filled with a nutty flavor and a hint of sweetness, followed by a slightly strong acidity. On the Shinkansen, we open another bottle of Nara Sake, Kisenju✨. The palate is sweet and sour and yogurt-like. It is light and pleasantly schwishy. It is easy to drink even in a tipsy state!
