I couldn't go anywhere during the second half of GW because I had to stay at home. So on the last day, I will just enjoy the feeling of traveling with this cup of sake. It has an alcoholic taste, but it is sweet and easy to drink. Since it is a Hokkaido sake, we also had some delicacies that Men-chan gave us. Thank you very much.

This is my first time to drink Akushika Okushika! The aroma is not so strong, but the umami, acidity, spiciness, etc. are all well balanced though each has a strong and solid flavor 👍I can drink it with peace of mind 😌🍶. @sakebar Fukuzo This sake is from the same Kobayashi Shuzo Honten as the "Hakata no Mori" I posted a while ago. Mandai must be more famous locally 🤔. It will be pressed on the morning of Risshun 🍶. The aroma on the nose is fruity🍍 and sweet. When you take it into your mouth, it has a deep, mild sweetness and umami that is typical for a draft sake, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Kashima Shrine, Ikisu Shrine, Katori Shrine I visited and bought from the three shrines of Eastern Japan! This time we got Katori! Junmai Natural Sake 80 I've never tasted sake like this before!
