Today in Tokyo, it snowed and turned a little white. And today, February 5, is "nigori no hi (day of nigori). If so, here it is, although it is not a white nigori. It is a low-alcohol (11 degrees Celsius) pink nigori sake. The bottle was opened easily without any bumps and bruises. Pour it into a glass with a dokudoku, or sloshing. Halcyon looks just like poor grass, or so I found when I looked it up. Peach, lactic acid, wood, fresh smell. It has a light peachiness, a refreshing, yet tight acidity, a taste of rice, astringency, and finally a spiciness that spreads rapidly. It is delicious, but the price is too high. It is a good food sake, but the price is too high. It is too good to drink with chilled tofu. I like it. When I ate it with food, the spiciness I felt when drinking it alone was converted into umami, and the subtle sweetness and umami made me want to eat more. When I ate it with fish, I enjoyed the umami and savory taste. It is delicious. The smell gets stronger as the temperature rises. The second day. Juicy. Grape-like.

LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. The creaminess and volume come through, but it is not at all weirdly strong, and the banana flavor is very mild and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋.

Sake from a commercial that I wanted to drink irresistibly. The smell of apple is easy to understand. The cross section of an apple is replayed in my brain. Ehh..! Carbonated apple juice! The taste starts out with a voluptuous taste like grated apple, then it is apple-like, then sourness at the back, a little ricey, and then shrivels up to a refreshing taste. No apples in it and no additives, even after looking at the ingredients many times. No sweetness, no bad taste. I chose the room temperature version and was surprised at how good it tasted. It smells like rice as the temperature rises. 5% has a strong flavor.

Myokayama is my first time. I bought it with Yume brew. The impression is that the acidity is strong at first. The rice is sweet and fresh. It has a little bit of cemedine. I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot) or strong dishes. I did some research on this brewery and found out that it is owned by Oizumi, a pachislot-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It seems that Oizumi has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and they serve sake there. It seems to have lost its cemedine taste and become sweeter than when I first opened it.

I bought this at AEON Liquor when I went to AEON Katsuragawa with a friend. I was looking for something unusual for the parking fee 😁. I've had Fudo before, but this is the first time I've had Niiyu. It has a honey-like aroma. The flavor is beautiful and gorgeous, but it's a bit too refreshing for an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I would like a little more umami... Good evening, first series here 💁 from Niiyu. Also known as Fudo Toi brand, this is a test brew of Niiyu's frog series 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸 Rice is undisclosed🍶. As usual, from the aroma, there is a slight melon ginjo aroma, and the taste is like drinking sweet, fresh melon juice 🍈 There is not much acidity or fizz, so it has a fruit juice feel. Gekkeikan Argo Sparkling Argo has been the subject of much controversy, but since there was a sparkling version, we decided to see if it would be controversial enough to drink. I had it cold. The color is clear, almost colorless, with a faint yellow tinge. The aroma is apricot-like. The mouthfeel is schwarzy and slightly effervescent. For a long time, fine bubbles rise from the bottom of the cup. At first, you may think it is too loose and tasteless, but the carbonation accentuates the taste, and after swallowing, you can gradually taste a moderate sweetness and umami, and a hint of sourness in the fizzy, bubbly taste. It has more flavor than ordinary Argo and is delicious. When I first tried Argo, I thought it had a fizzy taste, so I thought it wasn't the same as Argo, but when I added carbon dioxide gas, it became a common sparkling sake, and I felt like there was no point in putting sake in the front. Still, I bow to the company's efforts. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), carbon dioxide Alcohol content: 5%.
