Purchased at Isetan Kyoto The penguins are cute and impulse buy💦. It has a faint aroma, and after drinking it, you can taste the rice and a little pungent taste. I was surprised at how light it was when I put it in my mouth. It's also low in alcohol, so it's a good drink to have outside at lunch.

Myokayama is my first time. I bought it with Yume brew. The impression is that the acidity is strong at first. The rice is sweet and fresh. It has a little bit of cemedine. I would like to drink it with nabe (hot pot) or strong dishes. I did some research on this brewery and found out that it is owned by Oizumi, a pachislot-related company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It seems that Oizumi has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and they serve sake there. It seems to have lost its cemedine taste and become sweeter than when I first opened it.

I bought this at AEON Liquor when I went to AEON Katsuragawa with a friend. I was looking for something unusual for the parking fee 😁. I've had Fudo before, but this is the first time I've had Niiyu. It has a honey-like aroma. The flavor is beautiful and gorgeous, but it's a bit too refreshing for an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I would like a little more umami... I think it has a lot of rice flavor 🤔.

Good evening, first series here 💁 from Niiyu. Also known as Fudo Toi brand, this is a test brew of Niiyu's frog series 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸 Rice is undisclosed🍶. As usual, from the aroma, there is a slight melon ginjo aroma, and the taste is like drinking sweet, fresh melon juice 🍈 There is not much acidity or fizz, so it has a fruit juice feel. LIBROM x UNITEDARROWS x Hamadaya Sake Shop Smoothie Sour Sake Banana🍌🍌🍌 It's a craft saké called Smoothie Sour Sake, which is made by LIBROM's doburoku process with a large amount of domestic bananas. ☺️ The aroma and quality of the sake is similar to that of a plum liqueur, but the banana flavor comes through in the aftertaste. When mixed with the sedimentary layer, it turns into a thicker, thicker Doburoku. The creaminess and volume come through, but it is not at all weirdly strong, and the banana flavor is very mild and easy to drink 😋😋😋😋.

Sake from a commercial that I wanted to drink irresistibly. The smell of apple is easy to understand. The cross section of an apple is replayed in my brain. Ehh..! Carbonated apple juice! The taste starts out with a voluptuous taste like grated apple, then it is apple-like, then sourness at the back, a little ricey, and then shrivels up to a refreshing taste. No apples in it and no additives, even after looking at the ingredients many times. No sweetness, no bad taste. I chose the room temperature version and was surprised at how good it tasted. It smells like rice as the temperature rises. 5% has a strong flavor.

This is also a 3-day record. Chiebijin was not enough, so I threw in a small bottle. This is the pink label of Yatsuka, which I have come to like! It feels more rounded than Chiebijin. Delicious!

The brewery is more impressive for its shochu Ginza no Suzume than for its sake. Tasted and purchased. It has a gorgeous aroma and is fruity even when drunk. 1801 yeast is used, making it a sweet and fruity sake that is easy to understand. I wish they would release a fresh sake of this one. I felt it was sweeter and fruity at room temperature than when it was chilled to the perfect temperature.

At home. This is the second Tottori sake, and seems to be a popular type of Chiyomusubi. The sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt well. I thought it would have a robust flavor, given the name "strong" sake rice, but it was round and mild on the palate, and very easy to drink for its 18% alcohol content. It is a long-established sake brewery located on Mizuki Shigeru Road, and even inside the store there are yokai (monsters)... The third one is the god of rice paddies called Tanokami, who is said to protect the rice harvest. ⁉️ The fourth one is the mouse man that you all know. Unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't have a long tour, but many yokai welcomed tourists on both sides of the road. ‼️
