profile iconVice Shogun Junmai Ginjo 60% 15%, 720ml, 1,320 yen It is clean and moderately dry. It is good for a mid-meal drink because it is a little light. If you are tired of "Umakuchi", you should try this "Vice-Shogun". M310 makes ethyl caproate, but I like it because it doesn't smell bad. Rating 4.0 (out of 5.0 perfect) 20230416

profile iconThis junmai ginjo-shu is made by polishing up to 53% Gohyakumangoku produced in Kitakata. Only the most delicious part of the sake, the "Nakadorari" part, is bottled. It has a refreshing effervescence that lightly and refreshingly stimulates the tip of the tongue. It has a juicy, sweet taste that is typical of Gohyakumangoku with hints of kiwi and green apple. This is the "Naraman" finish! This is the "Naraman" finish.

profile iconYamaguchi sake No. 2 at a banquet. It is sweet with 5% alcohol. It's good for toast. But I drank it in the middle of the party, so the timing was wrong😅 but it's easy to drink and tasty.

profile iconBirthday gift alcohol, Part 2 It's called Sake no Wawa 50 check in. Ibaraki sake that Manachie hasn't had yet😊. It's clear, light, a little bitter and has quite a bit of sake feel to it. A little graininess. It is good to drink with soda or on the rocks. The more you drink red rice or ancient rice sake, the more you realize the greatness of Ine Mangaka 🤔.

profile iconNon-sweet nigori sake. It has a clean, refreshing flavor that is typical of honjozo with a slight umami of rice. It is smooth but also has a sharpness.

profile iconI drank it last year and enjoyed it so much I bought it again. Personally, it is my favorite new sake along with "Akagisan"✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is crisp and gorgeous, like pears. The mouthfeel is light and immediately afterwards there is a solid gassy feeling. It's as shwashy as a carbonated beverage! Dry and clean on the palate, with pear and green apple flavors that are gorgeous and fresh. There is a hint of sweetness, so it is not only dry, but also well balanced. The astringent taste comes in the last half of the bottle and finishes it all off, so it is a delicious wine with a perfect ending! The sun is setting later and later, and we can feel the approach of spring. It's still early, but I'm looking forward to this year's spring sakes!

profile iconChilled to a crisp! From... I can't get enough of the sizzling sensation. It is sweet, but goes best with meat dishes! The seal of "Caution, open the bottle"...the crown jumps! (Laughs)

profile iconWhat? Let's sprinkle some cheese on it! The smell of tomatoes and basil is so strong, but when you drink it, you will find it refreshing and not heavy. The restaurant staff chose it for us, so it matched well with the sardines simmered in oil. I want this.

profile iconOutside Drinking. CRAFT SAKE WEEK It has pears in it and is classified as other brewed sake. The color is light cloudy. Sweet in the mouth. As the label & name says, pear🍐🍐🍐🍐🍐🍐. I looked it up at home and they actually used pears. That's right 😅. No clutter, just a slow, elegant sweetness. It has a sour aftertaste and the sweetness doesn't linger. It has a lot of flavor contrary to its light appearance. Perfect for a light drink at an outdoor event👍 Can also be enjoyed outside of events👍
