This was my first Koganezawa, a gift from someone. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from Gohyakumangoku, so I had an image that it was quite refreshing, but it tasted just as it should. But it also has a strong umami of rice and is easy to drink without any peculiarities 😆 It is easy to pair with meals and I was off in no time 🤣. It was easy to match with meals and we finished it in no time 🤣.

#Hamamatsu# Nagura Sake Shop On the second day back to my parents' house, I first visited Kakegawa's 🍶. We went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of spring limited edition sake. First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.

I saw this one at a store I sometimes visit and have been curious about it for a long time. I tried Kanenaka, a sake made by Nakajimaya in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The label is very cool. The manager recommended this sake, and it won a prize at a competition in Paris, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. The first saké was cold and the first saké was, "Hmmm? It has a strong unique flavor... It's a bit peculiar because it's a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewery... It's not a good match for me... I think it would be better to warm it up 🤔. It looks like all of them use locally grown rice, as did the two types of Kitanosho I posted the other day. It seems that only Ryu-ryoku and Koko use Jinryoku all the time. I'm sure there are other places like Okura that use it for single use. When I tasted it, my impression was that it was quite sweet and the second half was heavy, but it was smoky and the flavor of the rice came through with a bang. It has a strong bitterness at the end. The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. Tonight, our first series of impactful jackets here 💁. It's Taxi Driver🚕🚕🚕🚕. It was shipped from the brewery in April this year, but what a H30BY (R0BY) and it's a 5 year aged sake 😆. The aroma of old sake, which also smells like Shaoxing wine, is in full swing from the moment the bottle is opened 🤣. It was served cold, but it is easy to drink because of its acidity. It would be good to drink it warmed up in the fall. ☺️ I wonder if it would go well with Chinese food since it has a Shaoxing sake-like flavor, and I'm going to research how to drink it based on other sakewa reviewers 💪. But it's a very intoxicating drink so I'll stop after one cup 😓.
