This time we changed things up a bit and bought a bottle of Kuromatsu Kenrishi❣️, which we fell in love with at first sight because of the shape of the bottle and the coolness of the label. I had it lukewarm with my homemade oden🍢🙏. It's also good that you can heat up the whole bottle in a ding-dong! It has a bit of an alcoholic aroma, but I don't mind it too much. It's just as spicy and easy to drink 😮❗️ It's like an evolution of the classic type of sake? and I enjoyed it with food 😚. First brand name Kita no Hana. It is a backroom deal with a sake teacher. Even if I say it is a backroom deal, he will sell me any rare sake at the same price I bought it from the liquor store, and even if I tell him I will take care of the transportation costs, he stubbornly refuses to accept it. I told them that if I sold them at a higher price, the liquor store would take me on as a reseller, and after that, they would never sell me rare sake. Drinking continues at Don Chaya 🕺. We emptied the weird "Haneya", followed by another round 🍶. We chose our first brand that we could see in the cellar✨ First "Kame no Ou Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate" 🎉. Not much in the way of aroma, but a clean sweetness on the palate, with a pleasantly sharp and sweet [Kame-no-o] lingering finish! I found out later that they revived Kame-no-o and used this episode as a model for Natsuko's Sake, so in a sense, they are the pioneer of Kame-no-o 😁.

At home. This is the second one in the Hokkaido series. Kokushi Muso is a metaphor for being so good that no two people under the sun are alike. I was expecting it to have a strong alcoholic taste, but I was betrayed in a good way. It has a fruity aroma and a refreshing, clean taste that goes well with any meal. I think I'll end up drinking too much of it. But the words "Hokkaido Limited" are magic. I feel like I got a great deal just from this word.

The aroma and sweetness are mild, and the umami of the rice can be felt well, giving it a mildly juicy impression. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own. It went well with crispy grilled chicken (salted and teriyaki flavors), turnip and chicken in cream sauce.

A gift from Sawanoizumi The Jun Dai I drank before was a Miyagi sake, beautifully light and dry, and I felt (selfishly) the earnestness of the toji (master brewer).
