Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store event, Sake Tour. I compared it with Junmai Ginjo and was impressed with this one, so I bought it. Fresh and citrusy? It is sweet at the beginning, but the sweetness and umami come in the second half of the bottle. I have to admit that I've only seen Hyo Hyohi at department store events. Apparently, the brewery that makes the sake is in Awa City, which is different from the address on the label.

This is a gift from a sake professional, a local sake from Nanada's place. It is quite precious as it is the first pressing... 🙏. The aroma is juicy fruity and red apple-like. The mouthfeel is supposed to be fresh, but it also has a mellow, umami-like sweetness that spreads out and is very drinkable 👌👌. As a lover of the four seasons, I quite like this type. ☺️ I've heard it tastes great warmed up, so I'm going to enjoy it 😋.

The eighth one is a storehouse of rocks. This is the first time for Iwanokura itself. I guess I don't even remember seeing it in a liquor store. From the name and the image on the label, I somehow imagined it to be light and dry, but when I tried it, it was completely different. It has a sweet flavor from the fruity Kamitatekko, and although it is more reserved in terms of flavor intensity than the previous brew, I didn't feel anything lacking. On the contrary, it has a nice umami taste that comes slowly but surely afterwards! The cut is also very smooth, so it is like a gentle sweet and tasty taste. It's delicious! Suehiro Shuzo's Genzai. They also won a gold medal at the New Sake Competition for their Genzai daiginjo, but this is not that award-winning sake, but an affordable special junmai. It starts off with a piquant and refreshing sweet and sour taste! The taste is powerful with a strong sense of presence, but the alcohol content of 15 degrees makes it easy to drink and enjoy 👌. We are looking forward to adding this sake to our lineup next year and beyond 😊.

Sake brewed at Suehiro Shuzo's Kaei warehouse. When I hear the name "Genzai," I think of the daiginjo that was entered in the sake competition. I hesitate to buy it because it is a bit expensive, but this special junmai sake (nama-shu, hi-iru) is reasonably priced and easy to pick up. I am looking forward to the next year, when there will be more varieties of sake. As for the sake, the aroma is like apples. When I drank it, I smelled cemedine😅. The sake is fresh and has a tangy, gaseous taste. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. I thought maybe I don't like cemedine, but I drank more than half of it in no time and regretted it. It is easy to drink. The second day, the cemedine is also good. If this is the case, it's a special pure Cemedine.

The sharpness is not bad and the outline is clear, so it is easy to drink even though it is quite sweet. It's difficult to make an appetizer with it, but it would go well with dessert. Again, no rice used or major specs. It is a very low alcohol sake at 5%. Oh❗️It's really red! is my first impression. I remember drinking red sake before, but once again I thought rice is amazing. It's hard to recognize this as sake when it's served without saying anything. It's almost like a rosé wine, with a strawberry-like flavor. It's light, but I'm not sure I like the sweetness and mouthfeel. If I were served this sake at midnight, I'd be in a bit of trouble.

The rice used in this is also unknown. A slightly low-alcohol type of Junmai Ginjo So far, this is the most authentic and the driest sake in the HINEMOS range. The mouthfeel is clear, light and refreshing. When you drink it, the umami-sweetness spreads out, and at the end, you can feel the bitterness and spiciness in the throat and nose, and it tightens up quickly. Yes, yes, this is my favorite type 😋. Purchased at a liquor store specializing in Hyogo sake with mofu. There were many people drinking sake in the store and the atmosphere was bizarre. #Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house.
