This was also purchased at Oka Sake Shoten, the same place as Unjaku. The aroma is mild but unique. The rice used is Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. It has a dark mouthfeel and a bit of maturity, but as the days go by, it becomes more rounded and changes to a level where even those who are not good at it can go. However, even though it has become more rounded and easier to drink, the sweetness and strength of the Omachi can still be clearly seen, so there will be different tastes. For me, it's a very interesting sake! The first day I opened the bottle, I thought it might be too peculiar to pair with a meal. However, from the second day onwards, while maintaining its richness, it gradually becomes lighter and lighter, and is not bad as a food sake. If you roll it around in your mouth, it is a nicely aged sake, but if you drink it with gusto, you can drink it without worrying too much. Still, I want to enjoy the aged feeling of this kind of sake, so drinking it a little bit every day is good for me.

Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The effect of oak barrels, or something quite close to whiskey, but the mellowness and acidity of sake is also alive! I know it's just my imagination, but I feel it's similar to the whiskey akashi. Of course, if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't have thought so. I also had a bottle of Junmai Namae in the heated sake corner, but my memory is a little fuzzy on whether or not my brain was getting the alcohol when I got here! I do remember that it was meant to be heated, but that's about it.

Another Ishioka sake after Shiraga ❤️. This brewery is famous for Watafune and Taiheikai, but the main local sake is Fuchu Homare👍. By the way, yesterday's group consisted of 1 person in his 30s, 1 person in his 40s, 5 people in their 50s, and 2 people in their 60s, so it was fun to drink sake without worrying 😍! We drank 6 gos of Shiroshika, followed by a whole 4 gos bottle of this 😆. Fruity aroma of white grapes 😆. The taste goes down your throat with a grape-like sweetness and a white wine-like acidity. It's almost a white wine compared to the Shiraga we just had ❤️. The richness of the wine is so strong that I could enjoy it with menchikatsu ❤️.

This time we changed things up a bit and bought a bottle of Kuromatsu Kenrishi❣️, which we fell in love with at first sight because of the shape of the bottle and the coolness of the label. I had it lukewarm with my homemade oden🍢🙏. It's also good that you can heat up the whole bottle in a ding-dong! It has a bit of an alcoholic aroma, but I don't mind it too much. This will be my first time in Sanin Togo🍶. The first aroma is sweet, with a hint of grain rather than rice. In the mouth, there is a moderate acidity and a sweet umami taste of rice.
