I went on a business trip to Aomori the other day and brought this as a souvenir. I vaguely matched it with squid or tuna. I thought it was probably a local luxury sake. It was a very tasty and elegant sake.

Snow Komachi🤗 I had never seen or heard of this sake before, but this is the first time I've had it 🤗. Lately, hiyaoroshi sake is coming out one after another 🍶. It was so hot that it melted today, but already autumn sake...😔. I guess it's the effect of global warming, but I feel uncomfortable with the sense of season....... LOL! But when I see autumn leaves patterned label 🍁, I buy it 😆. Junmai Daiginjo for 1,800 yen ⁉️ is very cosy 👍🏼. The taste is... beautifully dry ‼️ lol Not too much sweetness, not too much aroma, not too much acidity, not too much alcohol...that's too much! So it was beautifully dry 🍶🍶.

Aizu Shuzo's Aizu Ginjo Nama Shu Arabashiri. The initial aroma is just a hint of sweetness, but once you take a sip, a soft sweetness and bitterness spreads. It has a clear, fresh, powerful flavor, and is crisp and clean. Although it is a ginjo-shu with alcohol, it is smooth and easy to drink, and the alcohol content is a little light at 15 degrees, so it is easy to enjoy and delicious. 😋♪

I bought it because my child's name has the character for virtue in it lol. I was surprised by the color when I put it in a glass. Last night was a get-together. We brought our own sake, assuming it wouldn't be too much since it was an all-you-can-drink course at an izakaya chain restaurant. (I got the restaurant's approval!) I bought my first bottle of Vice Shogun. The aroma is fresh and fruity. The mouthfeel is salty-sweet with a hint of sourness. The ginjo aroma becomes a pleasant aftertaste, and is finished off with a mild sourness and bitterness. I thought it was based on a light dry base, but I could feel Aizan's character, and it was very tasty. The fact that everyone who drank it gave it high marks probably indicates that they were paying attention to me. I also like the cost performance of Aizan's Junmai Daiginjo, which is under 2,000 yen! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. It is truly exquisite. I think it is similar to the Shiroshika Classics Limited Nama-Nihan-shu. It's definitely better than the first unfiltered draft I opened.

A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

Junmai one-cup of Koyoromo. This is the first time to drink Koyoromo. It is an orthodox Junmai sake, not heavy and refreshing, but it also has a hidden luster. I see that the brewery makes all of its sake from junmai sake. The label is Hiroshige's 53 Stages of the Tokaido, Nisaka.
