Last night was a New Year's party with a couple I met last year. We had dinner at a nice restaurant and then went to Kokubuncho. After the fourth bar, I finally had a chance to drink sake. I have known the owner of this sake bar on the outskirts of the city for about 25 years now. The lighting doesn't look like it's the kind of place you'd enjoy sake, but don't worry about that. The selection is quite good, so go for something you've never tried before. First up is Hiryu, the one with Tatsumi Fujinami's red towel. A dry sake with a refreshing yet tasty flavor, just like Mr. Shinzawa! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

My best friend gave me a small bottle to share with my last drink 😆👍. By the way, my best friend's wife recommended it to me. She likes it dry 😄. It's been a long time since I've had a dry sake, but I'm ready to try it💦. The aroma is fruity👍. I'm not a fan of too much dryness, but it was a good experience 🤗.

My Best Sake 🍶 since I first drank it a few years ago. Muscat, green apple 🍏. Mellow and the acidity bounces off the tongue. It's smooth, sweet and umami, and doesn't need any side dishes or accompaniments. Refreshing and fresh. This one bottle is just the kind of flavor that makes one's heart dance. It is perfect to drink on a nice, sunny day. It goes well with a party with friends. I'm going with this one! This is the sake that will make you make such a decision. Hodenasu is a dialect word, It's not really suitable as a gift, It's not really suitable for a gift, but it's a recommended sake that tastes so good that it becomes a hodenasu. LOL! It was a lot in November 2024, It's ok👍It's a good one, but I'm not sure if it's suitable as a gift or not. it's ok👍

I bought a small bottle of Kikusui Shuzo at a nearby convenience store 🥂. It was labeled as a ginjo-shu, but the aroma was subdued and it was a delicious regular sake with just the right amount of umami 😋.

According to their official website, they have a distributor in Tokyo, and it seems that they also have a wholesaler distributing their sake. Domestic rice, 65% polished rice ratio 15.3 degrees Sake degree +4 Acidity 1.6 Amino Acidity 1.6, Amino Acidity 1.3, No. 9 & No. 10 yeast used It had a complex and unique flavor 😋. The president of Kondo Sake Brewery, which brews Ehime's Hana Hime Sakura and Mikan de Sake, came to the Ibaraki booth and drank Urasato, saying he came because he heard it was delicious 😁. I got the impression from the venue that it was also a meet and greet between sake breweries from different regions. At other events, the general public and related parties are separated, but this time there were a lot of people from restaurants and liquor stores because it was a combined event.
