It was a delicious and refreshing sake that was not too assertive as a food wine.

Shiga Kogen's sake, Enki by Tamamura Honten.
This beautiful junmai sake is brewed with organically grown rice. Firm flavor and a clean, clear aftertaste. Delicious.
Crops: Interesting aroma in the mouth!
Interesting aroma in the mouth!
Rice flavor...? Hmmm!
It's not dry or anything?
As you drink it, you can taste a little spiciness!
Drinking outside.
Not to be counted on due to drunkenness.
This is a brand new to me.
The color is dark and you can tell when you taste it.
It has an old sake-like aroma, full-bodied rice flavor, and acidity.
It was served cold at this restaurant, but I guess it should be served warm.

I'm already tongue-tied, but it's the last sake of the trip.
The brewery is small, so they don't sell their sake outside of the prefecture.
The sake rice is Kame-no-o.
The aroma is like pineapple.
When I drank it, I found it to be moderately sweet and tart.
As described in the description, it seems to be a food sake.
It is a pity that there is no entrée!
It would go well with fish cakes and squid sashimi!
I would buy this sake if I could find it somewhere.
The last additional drink in the Holy Land
Actually, this one was the most surprising.
Daiginjo-strength sake
The world is a scary place!

Amanoto. There was something about the taste that was more robust than normal.

There were so many things I wanted to drink, I was lost and confused.
The aroma is light.
Smooth and smooth.
The aroma of rice is soft and pleasant.
It has a clean and pure taste.
The taste of rice is firm and mellow.
It is pure, sweet, and charming with low acidity.
Maruyu
Purchased while traveling in Ehime Prefecture.
I did not expect much from the name, but it was quite tasty.
It has a good balance of sweet and spicy, and can be served cold or hot, but I especially liked it hot. I especially liked it when it was heated up. It has more umami and sharpness when heated.
I would like to try another Junmai from this brewery as it is a very cost-effective sake.

The alcohol content is -2.0, but it doesn't seem too sweet. On the contrary, it even feels spicy.
It's been a while since I've had a Jukishin, and I enjoyed it.
Shimane Sake (8)
This is the last one we bought in bulk at Tamatsukuri Onsen in November.
It is an easy-drinking type with a fruity flavor, but it is not overly sweet and has a lingering mid-palate. It is best drunk at room temperature. It is a perfect match for all kinds of home-style dishes, and is a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. If I had it on hand, I would definitely pour it in the first glass.
It seems to be a test brew, so it will probably be distributed in the market with a nice name soon 💖.
Living in the Tokyo metropolitan area, Shimane sake is hard to come by, but from now on, I'll be sure to check it out when I see it at the liquor store: ‼️

Yes ...
I went back to the all-you-can-drink place 🤭.
The first drink was "Rihachi" by the up-and-coming Tabe Takeshita Sake Brewery!
It was on the all-you-can-drink menu, so I ordered it without thinking!
When I smelled it, it had a gorgeous aroma!
Sweet, beautiful and full of fruitiness.
It also has a strong umami taste and a bitter aftertaste.
The aftertaste was bitter and clean!
This is easy to drink and extremely delicious!
Modern sake quality, taste that can be enjoyed by everyone.

I drank a lot during the few days I stayed in Kumamoto🫠.
Thanks to Kurimanju senpai, I learned that shellfish soup is the best hangover remedy 😆.
This morning we went to "Roadside Station Shiranui" heading for Amakusa and ordered a large bowl of shellfish soup!
The amount of shellfish is huge 😁.
It's soooo good 😭.
I'm so glad I feel like I've come back to life!

The back side looks harder to drink, but on second thought, it's the back side of the reaper, so it's easier to drink.

it has a mellow feeling that only Jun Dai can give,

The aroma is so fruity that you would never guess from the horrible label.
The flavor also has a core and is quite sweet and delicious. I would like to actively procure this kind of local sake as a small pleasure during business trips!
Sake-challenged wife: I see.
The sweetness rounded out and became even tastier. This sake comes into its own a few days after opening the bottle!
Liker Rank: 7 points/10 points
It is clear and colorless, with aromas of jiaogulan, pear, honeysuckle, and lime. The attack is rather strong, with a mild sweetness and mild acidity and a rather long finish.

lesser cuckoo (Cuculus poliocephalus)
The taste is light and dry, a little sour. It has a unique aroma that cannot be described as caramel-like. It has a unique aroma that is hard to describe. It is soft and a little astringent. It tastes better when heated.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
Zodiac sign label. All Totsuka sake made with rice from their own rice fields in the neighboring town of Miyota.
The sake brewery is located in a shopping street along the old Nakasendo road in Saku City (only open on weekdays). We were also given a seed money from the nearby Hanasura Inari Shrine (Photo 4). The staff at the brewery was easy to talk to and very interesting. I like this brewery.
