Three staggering drunks strolling to the next restaurant🐾🐈🐾 We drank only our favorites at the first restaurant, so the second one was Aomori sake (๑🍶๑🍶🍶´-) Yum! Fruity! I decided to go to ❣️ because I had never had it before and because of the words "fruity". Exactly! Aomori means scallops 🥰. This is the first time I actually ate them there 🎶. It tastes gentler than the ones I make myself ☺️ I'll use it as a reference for the next time I make it.

Gekkeikan Argo Sparkling Argo has been the subject of much controversy, but since there was a sparkling version, we decided to see if it would be controversial enough to drink. I had it cold. The color is clear, almost colorless, with a faint yellow tinge. The aroma is apricot-like. The mouthfeel is schwarzy and slightly effervescent. For a long time, fine bubbles rise from the bottom of the cup. At first, you may think it is too loose and tasteless, but the carbonation accentuates the taste, and after swallowing, you can gradually taste a moderate sweetness and umami, and a hint of sourness in the fizzy, bubbly taste. It has more flavor than ordinary Argo and is delicious. When I first tried Argo, I thought it had a fizzy taste, so I thought it wasn't the same as Argo, but when I added carbon dioxide gas, it became a common sparkling sake, and I felt like there was no point in putting sake in the front. Still, I bow to the company's efforts. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), carbon dioxide Alcohol content: 5%.

It is Suifu Boast Junmai Ginjo Hitachinishiki. As the endorsement says, it is a good sake with a firm umami and a good acidity. It tastes better when it is not too cold.

I bought it in Kumamoto during my Shikoku - Kyushu - Kinki trip last year. It was a brand I wanted to try at least once, and I was so happy that I let it sit for more than a year. When I opened the bottle and poured it, it smelled like honey and custard. The mouthfeel is moist and sweet. It has a savory, caramel-like flavor and a balance of sweet and sour astringency. It is so delicious that you can't help but smile! The full-bodied sweetness and bitter astringency in the aftertaste. The taste is not too strong, but has a high level of quality, and is very similar to a pudding! I will never forget the delicious sake, ramen and Kumamoto Castle, even if it was only for a short time. I hope to visit again someday👍.

Purchased on the way back from a visit to the Sakurao Distillery last month I've been wanting to visit Yamatoya Sake Brewery for a long time, and they had a lot of PB sake! There were so many PB sake from Yamada Sake Brewery that I've been wanting to go there for a long time 👀. Here is one of them, my first brand! Cold sake! Slight aroma of white grapes Smooth on the palate The sweetness on the tongue is typical of Hiroshima sake (from the Seto Inland Sea). The acidity is a little stimulating and the aftertaste is sharp.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

The rice used is. Yume Issho from Fukuoka Prefecture Freshly pressed and unpasteurized sake, it has a fresh and crisp mouthfeel. It has a slight muscat-like sweetness and a refreshing finish. You can drink it like a soft drink. It is suitable for a wide range of dishes, but I think it is best served with yakiniku (grilled meat).
