profile iconGOZ - Gozu - Nama-zake. Echigo Den'emon is a microbrewery and a revived brewery, and the brewery's toji, Kohoi Kato, was featured in dancyu's sake feature as a next generation sake. Following Tamakihar and Mishaguchi, the third sake we had was GOZ. The name of this sake, which is made from Gohyakumangoku rice, comes from the fact that it is made from 50% Gohyakumangoku rice and is 5 parts per 5 kilos, or from Mt. It has a refreshing top nose with a hint of lime, and a flavor so expansive that it is hard to believe it is Ihyakumangoku, but the characteristic astringency gives it a crispness. The cool sake quality that is said to be there is expressed well.

profile iconOverall 9 (out of 10) My wife (user name: Pekho) has been wanting to drink Den-emon for a while and we happened to run into it at a liquor store in Nakameguro (Nakameguro Isego Honten) 😳. We drank it todayπŸ˜ƒ. Light, dry sake. Nice coarse rice aroma when pouring into a glassπŸ‘. Not overly polished and clear with a strong umami, but balanced with the rice's natural miscellaneous flavors that are well held back so that they don't stand out. Moderate astringency lingers on the tongue for a relatively long time I finished it with my dinner today. It was served very cold. I was able to enjoy it chilled and very cool. γ€€-Aroma: Strong aroma of rice πŸ‘ γ€€-Aroma: Aroma of rice and a slight astringent taste in the nose. profile iconI didn't go to the brewery, but I haven't seen Kyushu Chrysanthemum in Tokyo either, so this will be a first for me. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. In the mouth, there is a slight bitterness and a strong sweet umami taste that is typical of nama sake. This is a honjozo sake, but it is a very good sake that does not feel like it has been alkaloated. The price is also very reasonable at around 1,300 yen for a five-pack. In Tokyo, you only see gougo bottles of kenrishi or shochu πŸ€”. I wonder if it is more common in the west?

profile iconThis is a new release from the sake brewery closest to my house. I was curious about this sake because it was made by locally grown Omachi, so I bought it. It's rather refreshing and a bit lacking in the traditional sake taste πŸ€”. I tried it warmed up on the instagram of the liquor store where I bought it, and it was great! The flavor opened up and it tasted great. I'm glad to see local sake trying different things πŸ‘Thank you for the food πŸ™.

profile iconPurchased at a liquor store near Kokura Station The label with a strong sense of specialness caught my attention. I left it at room temperature for about 5 months, missing the fact that it needed to be refrigerated. (immediately after opening the package) Drink it cold. Slightly yellowish but clear Strong aroma of maturity with sweetness. Sourness on the palate The palate is immediately filled with a richness and at the same time, a strong dryness appears. The aftertaste is medium. The aftertaste is surprisingly light. The rich taste is very tasty. Although it is rich, it goes well with sashimi.

profile iconFruity type Fruity aroma like banana or pear, slightly carbonated Well-balanced and elegant sweetness and sourness, with a slight bitterness coming later. It is indeed a Junmai Daiginjo from Ichinoya and a sake to drink on special occasions 😊.

profile iconPurchased at Mekada Sake Shop in Utsunomiya City A store that I stop by on my way home from a recent trip to the Tohoku region. I saw it wrapped in newspaper in the Tochigi Prefecture's local sake corner and bought it, believing the pop-up sign! It goes great with oden or anything with a Japanese broth! It made the sake taste much better. It was the most delicious sake I have ever had in the sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture.

profile iconForgery, hypocrite.... You're right, I'm a booze junkie. I was mistaken. My drinking is not about drinking. There is only one thing I can do. All I could do was to push my liver. The body is made of alcohol! Blood is water, and the heart is malted rice! I went through several banquets and lost all of them! Not a single vomit, not a single victory! The bearer is here alone, holding a can in a pile of corpses! Then my drinking needs no meaning! This body was made of endless rice! Thank you GodπŸ™!

profile iconIngredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio : 50 Alcohol content: 16 degrees When poured into a sake cup, it has a yellowish color. The aroma is like ripe bananas, caramel and raisins. It is an austere sake with the taste of matured rice, strong acidity, spiciness, and bitterness.

profile iconIt's been a day, but I'm sober. Pollen is killing my eyes nose and mouth today. It's like a clear and dry taste. It's raw, so I could clearly feel the umami. After that, we had a welcome party. Since it was a leap year, I wanted to open a bottle of Leap No. after I got home, but I had a feeling that the members of the party would get too drunk. I don't know if I can do it.

profile iconFirst drink πŸ”°. The owner served this sake at a high school alumni gathering. It is a delicious sake with a full-bodied aroma and a mellow sweetness, yet it has an acidity that makes it crisp and clean. Since it was a group of drinkers, I found myself emptying a bottle after just two drinks. 🀣 I would have liked to drink more πŸ˜ƒ. β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜†

profile iconScoring: β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜† The commemorative drink is the first local brand in my life 🍢🀣. Shinmasa? What's that - ́ὼ)? I chose a very minor sake with a feeling of 😁. Do you know Fukunotomo Sake Brewery? It is not in the ranking of Sake-no-wa. But I know they have quite a variety in their fridge at Yamaya in Akita. I've been wondering about it for a while... but this is the right time🀣. Oh, the third picture is from a seafood bowl restaurant in Iwaki, Fukushima, on my way back from a Disney drive πŸš— ❣️ It was cheap and delicious (*Β΄οΉƒο½€*) This level of kaisendon for about 1500 yen is awesomeπŸ‘βœ¨. Now, let's see what you think of the sake. Sake made from Gohyakumangoku with Akita Yukiguni yeast 🍢. Fresh and gorgeous aroma gently wafts through the nose πŸ˜†. The sweetness and umami will fill your mouth with a sizzling sensation ‾❣️ But it also has a clear and refreshing sharpnessπŸ‘. A little bit of lingering sweetness. What the heck πŸ’¦. This is better than I thought it would be πŸ˜‹. Maybe it's because my expectations were low lol I've seen a few reviews on Sake-no-wa and they're pretty high πŸ€—. The mouthfeel is rich and sweet with a pronounced flavor, and the fine and impressive aftertaste is more ❣️🀣 than I expected. You should all try it too πŸ™‚. I bet you can buy it in Akita🐸 lol

profile iconSake brewed by Akita Fukunotomo Sake Brewery. We even found a sake kawashi. Harusagi" is a luxurious junmai ginjo dry nigori sake. It has a thick texture and a fresh, full-bodied rice flavor that accentuates the character of seasonal dishes. It is a tantalizing taste that makes both food and sake go down a treat. Sake Brewer : Fukunotomo Shuzo K.K. (Daisen City) Alcohol content: 16%. Rice Source : Domestic rice Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake degree: +4.0 Acidity : 1.1 Amino Acid : 1.5 Price : 720ml 1,815 yen (tax included) (My impression after drinking it) It is a solid nigori sake. Although it is a junmai ginjo, there is no ginjo aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a bit of a buzz on your tongue and taste a fruity flavor. It tastes like grapefruit and is clean and crisp. The moderate acidity lingers in the throat for a long time.

profile icon@sakebar Fukuzo This is the last sake I drank at Fukuzo 🍢. For those of you who think "how much have you had to drink? I think so tooπŸ˜…. The first aroma is sweet with classic acidity. It has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a hint of acidity on the palate. It's also a great costumed honjozo that doesn't make you feel like it's been soaked in alcohol πŸ˜‹. It was delicious 🍢✨. Thank you for everything, landlady πŸ™‡πŸ™‡πŸ™‡.

profile iconAs the bottle says, it has a "traditional flavor," but in other words, this standard flavor is good. It has a strong flavor and is crisp and dry. It's enough. If you want to relax, we recommend heating the sake to a milder flavor.

profile iconSince I came to Fukuoka, I wanted to try a sake that I couldn't drink in Tokyo, so I decided to try Hiyotsuru for the first time. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. In the mouth, there is a slight astringent taste with a strong sweetness that is typical of unfiltered raw sake. The astringent taste lingers and gradually fades away. It was quite delicious 🍢✨. The second one is at the Hiyotsuru brewery. Of course I went there after drinking it the day before πŸ˜…. There was no sales or tasting, so I just looked at it and that was it. It looked like some brewers were working on bottling.
