I visited the brewery in early spring and managed to acquire a bottle, which I was reluctant to open, so I put it away for a while, but finally opened it because it is indeed a pure sake. It has a fruity aroma like a ripe apple from Shinshu and a ginjo aroma. I guess I'll have to go back to Ueda in the spring to buy some more.

There are too many cute one-cup glasses! I bought a packet of them at random lol lol lol I originally bought a cute one-cup glass for a chaser at a bar on a business trip to Nagano, Japan. By the way, the Kutani-yaki cups are My companion brought it with her and gave it to me 🎁🥰. It is a sweet and sour sake that makes the most of "acidity" and is light and pleasant to drink in the daytime when the "sun" is shining or on a Sunday when tomorrow is work time. The sake rice is made from the legendary "Kame-no-o" sake rice grown under contract by SORANO Farm, an agricultural corporation in Nishikawa, Nishigama-ku! It's a low al 12%, It is really a white wine with acidity as its main taste! It's like a white wine! I can't keep drinking wine 💦. I can't keep drinking wine 💦 Put the glasses I bought together It was fun to drink in a loose room. ❤️ I'll be back later with other one-cup reviews 🫱 lol

(Summer 🍶 trip must be complete lol) We had a three-day weekend in Niigata Uonuma and Gunma I had a great time in Niigata Uonuma and Gunma. Of course, being a rice-producing region, I made sure to visit the Ponshu-kan in Echigo-Yuzawa! I went to Ponshukan in Echigo-Yuzawa! But, I went to "Taiko Banquet" near Echigo-Yuzawa station. I went to a hormone restaurant "Taiko Banquet" near Echigo-Yuzawa station. I'm going to give you a taste of Takachiyo. (Why didn't you tell me where it was?) Here it is! 100% Miyamanishiki (65% polished rice) Sake meter: +19 Acidity: 1.5 Alcohol content: 16-17 degrees This is actually the exact same size as the one I bought at a roadside station. I bought the same one 🫱 lol +I thought it would be a little bitter since it's +19, but it's a crisp, light, and refreshing beer! It's a very dry sake, but it's not as dry as I thought it would be! It's super dry, but I don't know. It's super dry, but I wonder if it's because it's made with soft water? Is it because of the soft water? LOL! It's perfect for rich-tasting yakiniku (grilled meat)! I've been enjoying "Horumon" which seems to be famous in Uonuma I enjoyed it with all my might. I couldn't help but eat it even though I was drinking 🍶...after all, if you're in Niigata, let me eat white rice🍚 lol! I was so happy to be in Niigata! It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. The palate is sweet and acidic, but soon it finishes with a generous umami, bitterness, and a spiciness from the high alcohol content. It is delicious because it is a cohesive blend of fancy elements without any cloying taste. 😋😋😋😋 The sweetness and spiciness are medium. It has a good balance of umami acidity, sweetness and bitterness. The lack of gassiness is surprising since it is a direct-drafted, unblended sake. It has a slight sense of maturity. It has been about 6 months since it was made, and the cork is soft, so it may have been drained. It can be warmed to lukewarm. It goes well with fried food and grilled meat as a food sake. 3,000 yen without tax

I bought it at an antenna store 😍. They always surprise me with these kinds of things...isn't that cheating? Too swampy❤️ The cup has "Onko-chan", "Baorukun" and "Mirai-chan", the local characters of Goto-cho, Aomori Prefecture, printed on it! So cute! Rice used: Aomori rice Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol Content:15 Sake degree: +4.0 Acidity: 1.1 The acidity is not so strong! Sweetness is felt but not too strong. Because it was cold, I drank it in one gulp. I drank it in one gulp! Another one with a cute retro feel! The madam next to me was still drinking the Sekinoi! I was about to don't like it! アルコール度数 15度 原材料名     米(国産)、米麹(国産米) 精米歩合     60% 原料米     山田錦、西都の雫 やっとこの季節か!豊盃直汲みを皮切りに始まった新酒シーズン!今回買ってきたのは天美!長州酒造がおりなす新酒の世界はたしていかに?いざ参らん !うん、元気な音だ。かぼすのように爽やかな香りとマスカットらしい甘い香りがいかにも生原酒らしい豊かな香りである。生原酒はただ甘いとかではなく全体的に華やかで複雑になるので好きだ。少しチリチリとする仕込水を含める。なんと元気でフレッシュな味わいか!かぼすやスダチのような爽やかさ、ミカンのような甘味、ピチピチ感!ほんの僅かな苦味、これらが複雑に絡み合ってやってくる旨味の海に飛び込むような素敵な一本であった。 最近思うに、甘旨フルーティ系の日本酒は和食、洋食云々より、少し個性的なサラダとか美味いんじゃないか?まだ試していないがそのうちやってみようと思う。今宵も、ごちそうさまでした!
