A refreshing drink. Personally, I think it pairs best with the quail ajitama. The salty taste of the soy sauce-based ajitama brings out the sweetness and umami of the sake in a nice salty way 🍶.
Even though it is dry, it is easy to drink with a clean sweetness.
Pairing-wise, the tako-wasaya and tuna skin ponzu were just right. ☺️
