Tadahiro, son of Kiyomasa Kato, lord of Kumamoto Castle, was exiled to Tsuruoka City. The rice used in the brewery is "Shinriki" and "Morinokuma-san", both produced in Kumamoto Prefecture.
The first mouthful was a bit dry, but as it was paired with the kiritanpo nabe, the flavor progressed rapidly. Aroma of pear. It has a slightly sweet taste and a good balance of piquancy and a refreshing feeling. 85% for my favorite!
The last drink of the year. Sweet and tasty. Not much bitterness or sourness. Easy to drink. 78% for my taste.
The second bottle. Corrected preference 85
Aroma of ramune. Slightly sweet, with a slightly heavy sweetness or umami, similar to Kudokitoe jr. Moderate bitterness. Degree of preference 65
The third day, the heavy sweetness is gone. Degree of liking 75
