I decided to open this baby on Christmas Day 🙌
It's been a while since I've had a home brewed sake toast 🎅.
Cold sake.
Aroma of whipped cream and freshly cooked rice.
Slightly gassy feeling in the mouth...but not a little bit of gas...that's typical of Tasake!
Gentle sweetness and lightly spreading umami.
I have the impression that it has a somewhat distinctive flavor among Tasake.
