Finally, the Spring Nigorinpik has been successfully completed, so today is the big unleashing of the accumulated clear sake 🤣.
I've been storing it in my sake cellar at freezing temperatures, but I still have to open it as soon as possible or it will deteriorate 😅.
So for the time being, I'm going to open up the most important sake for me, as I cherish it too much to open the bottle 😇.
First up is my favorite shwashuwa sake, Sundo from Kumamoto Prefecture 😇.
The fruity aroma, the shwashiness in the mouth, and the crisp acidity match each other and really sink in deliciously 😀.
It's a pity that it runs out so fast thanks to its deliciousness, drinkability and low alcohol content of 13 degrees 🤣.

Good evening, Nao888 😀
Of course I love the taste of Sanso-san, but it is a sake that I am even more attached to😇.
I go all the way to Sayama for the main purpose of getting this sake🤣.
The train fare is going to cost more than the sake 🤣.

Good evening, Yasube-san!
The first clear sake is San-do Hoso - that's a quintessential example - you got a delicious sake exactly right ⤴️
San-do really is delicious, isn't it?
I haven't had Hozasu yet, so I'd like to try it someday 😊.

Good evening, ma-ki-san 😀
I regularly go all the way to a liquor store in the south of the country to drink San-Do-San, and I think I can be thankful that I can drink it even if I have to go that far 😇.
I'm looking forward to finally getting a bottle of Kako, which I haven't had yet 😇.
