Nichinichi秋津山田錦 日日是好日

Today was my first time drinking Nichinichi-san 😀.
I've heard the name a lot and seen it in stores, but never got around to trying it 🤣.
I've heard a lot about it and seen it in stores, but never got around to trying it 🤣 Just hearing that it's made in Akitsu, even with Yamada Nishiki, makes me excited 😇.
The mouthfeel is a bit sticky, but then the sweet-tart fruity flavor comes through...usually sweet-tart is a nuance that spreads to the palate, but this sake had a sweet-tart flavor that went right through it😇.
I can't express it well, but it was the first time I had the impression of a strong flavor penetrating through the sake, so it was a fresh shock 😇.
