A liquor store in my neighborhood became a special distributor, but I was wondering why they didn't carry this sake.
It was in the fridge of a point system sake, so I thought 😅😅I thought, "No way, I can buy it normally. I thought so, but I was able to buy it normally😅.
It's confusing💦.
The rice is Hyogo Nishiki.
Sweet aroma. It is fire-aged but has a quite rich flavor. It is better not to cool it down too much.

It has a mild sweet flavor with a fine gasiness. It is more reserved than the Nen, but I thought it was a versatile sake that can be enjoyed by itself while accompanying a meal. boukenThis is the first time for me to drink Jukishin except for Yumachi.
I was wondering what Nemuchi-san was drinking.
It's almost the same as Nemuchi's review, but it's a bittersweet, melon-like, and bitter. Slightly effervescent and tangy, with a citrusy sweetness. Not too sweet, but a little dry and gassy, just the way I like it.

It is extremely fruity. Tropical sweetness and slight bitterness. There is a grefleur feeling around the bitterness.
As the brewery itself says, this sake is full of ethyl caproate. It is like "takachiyo" or "hanahayo".
I thought I should try various kinds of Tenmei since I don't usually drink it.

Kanji's Takachiyo has a dry image, but this one is gorgeous and juicy.
It has a moderate pineapple flavor. It has a good balance of sweet and tasty. It is just as delicious as I had heard.

For my birthday tomorrow, I decided to drink my favorite Hanamup for today's eve party 😀.
The Junmai Daiginjo Aizan that had been sitting in the fridge... wondering when to save it and open the bottle 😀
We compared the Junmai Ginjo Omachi and Dewa Tsanzan that we had already opened 😀.
Actually, I said I like Hanamup, but this is my first time to drink Junmai Daiginjo 😅.
My impression is that of course it's very fruity and delicious 😀.
But it's just too beautiful and doesn't leave anything behind 😅.
In conclusion, I prefer the Junmai Ginjo Dewa Sanzu and the wife was a fan of the Junmai Ginjo Omachi 😅.
Maybe we both have stupid tongues after all😅.

Junmai Ginjo Dewa Sanzu that I had stored in the fridge 😀
We paired it with a junmai ginjo Omachi from the same Hanamai Oup that we had previously opened, and an Okuidumo Banana that we opened yesterday 😀.
Since it is a sweet sake, I served it with sashimi, but all the sakes were so good that it was hard to say which one was better than the other 😀.
If I may say so, I would say Dewa Sanzan 😀
The wife likes Hana Yuu's Omachi 😀. 
boukenT.KISO and Tsubu-chan drank this highly rated sake.
I bought it the same day as Miyoshi at Kinoshita Meishu Store.
It is crazy sweet as rumored. Sweet like strawberry. It's like a dessert wine. It's low in alcohol, so it's easy to drink.
It doesn't have any mountain waste feeling. But that's fine.
I didn't have any buns on hand, so I tried it with various sweet things.

The sweetness was taken away and the alcohol feeling became stronger, so it's not good.

I left Osaka at 4 in the morning and went to Chigasaki the next day at midnight.
I left at 4am and came home at 3am the next day 🏠.
I was tired...😮💨
So I didn't go out anywhere on October 1st.
I just relaxed while watching fireworks 😌.

It is an interesting thing about sake, isn't it, that even if it is from the same brewery, the taste can be completely different just by using different rice and koji.
But it is also wonderful that the unique taste of the brewery that runs through the base of the sake is still there. ヤスベェI like nigori sake, and after a long time I found an interesting nigori sake and bought it immediately.
This nigori sake was just as delicious as I expected.
I hate to use a metaphor, but it tasted a lot like the sparkling Otters I like.

I really liked the takuchiyo GOLD I had the day before, so today I tried the junmai ginjo Kame-no-o.
It was delicious, but...it was my first experience with the taste of sake.

This was actually my first time at Takachiyot.
I had been avoiding Niigata sake because of a false impression that Niigata sake is neat and dry.
However, this Takachiyo really surprised me.
It was like a pineapple made into sake.
It was my first time to try Takachiyo, and I loved it. ヤスベェIt was a very cost-effective sake.
It is a candidate for a regular sake. 神心豊醸祈願祭純米吟醸原酒生酒中取り無濾過にごり酒 ヤスベェI have always liked nigori sake, but this sake was also delicious.
It has a fruity taste characteristic of nigori, but it is not cloying and makes you want to drink as many glasses as you like. ヤスベェThe usual familiar works were lined up.
It's name is also ZAKU.
I had to try this and bought it.
The taste was also different from the other Sakusaku I have had.
Of course, it was still delicious. ヤスベェAfter all, every Hana Yuu is delicious, and you can't go wrong with any of their drinks. ヤスベェI was able to drink my first Ibi.
Even at my favorite sake store, I only have a chance to purchase one bottle of this very rare sake a year.
It was mildly sweet and full-bodied, yet not cloying.
