I've been wanting to drink this active nigori for a long time!
I finally got it. ✌️

It has a strong carbonation and a strong acidity.
The strong acidity is wrapped up with a gentle sweetness.
It cuts cleanly with bitterness 😌🗡️
More mischievous than I expected 🙄❓
I drank it with a chrysanthemum ❓
It has a nice cohesiveness and sharpness.
It can be enjoyed on its own or as a food sake 😋.
It's not what I imagined it would taste like.
But I enjoyed it very much 😌.
Rafa's paw paw is so cute when he is sleeping... 🍖.
