The sake is released once every four years.
It is extremely fruity. Tropical sweetness and slight bitterness. There is a grefleur feeling around the bitterness.
As the brewery itself says, this sake is full of ethyl caproate. It is like "takachiyo" or "hanahayo".
I thought I should try various kinds of Tenmei since I don't usually drink it.
This is the last of the expensive sake for New Year's.

It's not the regular flavor of Tenmei, but it was fruity, sweet and tasty all the way through, which I liked 😋.
