Gokotsuru is a super long time drinking at home.
Originally, my mother buys sake as a gift for her friends at the end of each year.
She asked me to use a different sake because the sake lid type might blow off the stopper 😅
I prepared Saku Z for my mother's friend😊.
I bought Hitogokochi Nama before but this time it was fire-aged. The cork was so hard that I had a hard time opening it💦.
Slightly effervescent and tangy, with a citrusy sweetness. Not too sweet, but a little dry and gassy, just the way I like it.
Once again, I thought I must try various Gokotsuru 😅.

Good evening, bouken-san 😀
I'm sure Kinoshita-san has quite a variety of Gokozuru, so it's worth choosing 😀.
I have only had nigori Gokotsuru, though, so I would like to try others 😀.

Good evening, Yasube!
I always put off buying Mikotsuru because there are so many sakes I want when I go to Kinoshita 😅Nagori is nice 😍I've missed out on this one so far 😊.
