I started my summer vacation today, so I spent it relaxing, going to the dry cleaners, shopping, etc.✨I'm planning to go on a trip in the second half of the summer vacation, so I'll make a teru teru bozu and stay quiet 🤫.
Well, I've been drinking a non-wooden version of Mimuro Sugi Bodaihashi for a little while now, so I thought I'd post it! I think this is my third bottle of Mimuro Sugi 🤔.
It has a banana and lactic acid type aroma. There is a slight chilli gas and a soft mouthfeel. The juicy sweet flavor spreads out, and the mild acidity and bitterness finish it off nicely, making it easy to drink. It is also 13% alcohol ✨.

It's been over 6 months since I started drinking sake, and I've seen posts about how sake is best drunk on special occasions, such as the day of the sea and the day of the dove, and I thought I'd take advantage of that and open a bottle of this MOUNTAIN✨ on Mountain Day.
After work, I went to the supermarket and bought some vegetable tempura to lift my spirits.
The aroma is fruity, like banana🍌. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a hint of gas. The sweet and umami taste spreads throughout the mouth and has a lot of depth. It is an easy-drinking sake with a refreshing acidity.
The sweet and sourness is irresistible👍
Sake for a special occasion is also good ✨.

It's a sake from Itoshima, Fukuoka, made famous by the morning drama Omusubi.
It has the best balance of umami acidity and bitterness, with a slightly fruity ginjo aroma, and the moment you drink it, it's umma~ 😋😋😋😋
A well-balanced food sake with a slightly thin body.
Slightly dry in terms of sweetness and spiciness. No gasiness. Sometimes there are hints of banana and melon.
It is full of various tasty elements, but they are all a little reserved and very nicely put together. A truly delicious food sake.
