It's been over 6 months since I started drinking sake, and I've seen posts about how sake is best drunk on special occasions, such as the day of the sea and the day of the dove, and I thought I'd take advantage of that and open a bottle of this MOUNTAIN✨ on Mountain Day.
After work, I went to the supermarket and bought some vegetable tempura to lift my spirits.
The aroma is fruity, like banana🍌. It has a beautiful mouthfeel with a hint of gas. The sweet and umami taste spreads throughout the mouth and has a lot of depth. It is an easy-drinking sake with a refreshing acidity.
The sweet and sourness is irresistible👍
Sake for a special occasion is also good ✨.

I saw the sea day and wondered if there was such a way to enjoy it, then I came across MOUNTAIN and opened a bottle on this day ✨It was easy to drink and gone in no time 😅.
