We opened the bottle on our first son's birthday 🎂
We also celebrated the birth of our second son 🎂.
It has been since then.
At that time, it was a Senbon-Nishiki Hi-ire.
This time it's a Hachitan-Nishiki Nama Sake.
Fresh and fruity!
The moderate acidity and bitterness give it a more fruity feel 🍊.
I really like the fact that it's not too flashy and calm. ❤️
Uma-ai 😋😋.
Good evening, Mitsuta24!
Happy Birthday to your eldest son🎉!
Your child's birthday is very special ✨
Jikin-sama is the best sake to celebrate such a special day 🤤!
Jikin-sama's Hachitan-Nishiki is a really good sake 😋.
I was able to buy two bottles of Shinshu Kamereizan Keishiki🐢 this season.
It is still outstandingly good.
It is a very sharp sake with a moderate flavor other than sweetness 🍶.
Now, I am planning a trip to Nagano in the winter, can I visit Okazaki Sake Brewery for the first time ⁉︎
October 1 is Sake Day 🍶.
Toast to Yamagata Masamune Summer Junmai, Masaruya's special order 🍶.
The aroma is subdued.
Good balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
It is rather robust.
It is rather robust, but still refreshing.
It's good during a meal. ☺️
This is the one I won in the lottery 🎯.
Opened a bottle of this sake for my eldest son's birthday 🎂.
When we poured it, there were fine bubbles in the glass!
The aroma is lactic acidic and yeast yeast yeast type!
The aroma is lactic acidity, 🙂 The sweetness is subdued and the acidity is strong!
It is light on the palate and goes down easy!
It is refreshing and delicious!
Good morning, Mitsuta24!
Happy birthday to your eldest son🎉!
Celebrating with a special sake on a special day ✨
I haven't tried the label yet, but it looks delicious 🤤.
I had a cold so I couldn't smell it!
But it was definitely sweet and sour!
It reminded me of the Yamahai Special Junmai I had before!
I like Tasake's Yamahai: ❤️
After about 9 months of aging, the bottle is opened 🍶.
The familiar pineapple aroma
When you put it in your mouth, you will be amazed.
It is more acidic than other Hana-yosu!
It's exactly like pineapple 🍍!
This is delicious 😋.
I've been curious about this local sake for a long time.
I rushed out to buy one bottle for each of us!
With great anticipation, I tried it and...,
I will buy it again next year!
It was left at room temperature for a month due to the space in the fridge, but was opened today!
Beautiful ginjo aroma with hints of melon🍈 and muscat🍇!
It has a beautiful, well-balanced mouthfeel with little bitterness and no cloying taste!
As one would expect from a three-time consecutive winner of the Sendai Sake Summit!
This is good!
Shipped in January 2024. Beautiful ginjo aroma. Bitter aroma can be felt in the back. In the mouth, it has an exquisite balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. The bitterness tightens up the taste, so you can feel its potential as a food sake. A junmai daiginjo that should be served with meals.
The first 14yo was at my parents' house...they saved the one I sent them for Father's Day! Thankfully, I was able to enjoy it with them! Gentle ginjo aroma. Melon and banana sweetness and fruity notes come first, followed by sourness and bitterness. The alcohol finishes it off nicely. I am very happy to drink my first Jyushiyo with my family 😊.
Good evening, Mitsuta24!
I bet your father would have liked to drink with you ✨.
Your first time at Jyushidai must have been a wonderful drinking time 🤗.
I'd love to drink it someday 😋.
Junmai Ginjyo Unrefined Nama-shu Yamadanishiki Nakadori♪ The aroma is a mild melon aroma. The aroma is mild melon aroma and it is sweet! The bitterness and acidity make it an easy pairing.
Huayouyu THE MATCH♪ Not the recently released direct pumped, but the one released in March! 5 months later, it's still yummy! Happy pineapple aroma. Sweet and sour. I think the best thing about Kahoiyaki is the bitterness that finishes it off. I can drink it in small sips, so the happiness lasts longer... Anyway, it's delicious 😋.
