Harukasumi Tambo Label Junmai Ginjo🍶 mild aroma, cemedine melon🍈 slight effervescence despite being fire-aged. Good balance of sweet, sour and bitter. Good food sake 😊.
This is a dry sake that I rarely drink because I only follow pre-sake. The aroma is mildly melon🍈 and the richness spreads in the mouth, but being dry +10, the sweetness is subtle and crisp. I see...it's good.
Mild melon aroma 🍈 Clean sweetness and refreshing acidity. Finishes with bitterness and a solid alcohol taste. It makes your throat hot. It is a delicious sake 🍶.
Gentle aroma with a hint of melon. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are well balanced and delicious. The bitterness may be derived from the turtle, but it is also low at 14 degrees, making it easy to drink 😄.
Surprise: ‼️ is a hana-yori. The aroma is more subdued than the original, so it's good while eating. The sweetness and fruity taste is exactly like the roses on the label. It is very different from the image of Tasake I had before, so I drink it with a strange feeling 🥴.
I hit a home run over the fence at a grass baseball game today and my team won a big game, so I felt good, so I opened a nice sake. ☺️ It is fire-brewed, but fresh & fruity. It's fresh and fruity, with a faint apple aroma. It's quintessential deliciousness, but is there a strong bitterness? Does this mean it is still hard? I will observe the progress after tomorrow 🐢.
Good evening, Mitsuta24!
Congratulations on your home run and big win ⚾!
It's a great time to drink the wine of victory with 🐢 on such a happy day 🤤.
I'd like to drink it someday 🐢😋.
Masaruya hanpukai. Probably because it was the first Aizan ❤️ after drinking summer sake such as Senkou Kabutomushi and Kame no Umi Semishigure, it has a thick taste of sweetness and bitterness! Rich! Is this Aizan? The aroma is subdued.
Very tasty 😋 Mild aroma. Sourness is intense! It woke me up! The moderate sweetness is also good! The bitterness that finishes off the taste is also pleasant. This is 80% polished rice ⁉︎ very beautiful sake! Rice is expensive and they don't need to cut it down anymore 🤔.
Flying Get Kabutomushi, open the bottle...................................smells like a crazy lemon! The aroma is so lemon! My wife said "Garigari-gari-kun" 🧊The taste is also full of acidity, it is truly a lemonade for adults 🍋 It is a refreshing summer drink with a moderate sweetness! Note that you can go down with low alcohol ⚠️
The aroma is pungent. It rises up to the nose. Is it a sense of sake yeast? Lactic acidity? Gorgeous sweetness. There is no sourness or bitterness. It is like a "Daiginjo!
HANA-YOUKAKU 💐 GINPU 💐 It's one of my memories. The first Hanaohyokasu I ever got was Ginpu. After a year, Ginfu has a gorgeous pineapple 🍍 aroma and sweetness with a bitter finish. It's so good 😋.
SakeHo Masaruya hanpukai! Satsukuchiman Junmai Daiginjyo once fired. The aroma is a bit like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. The taste is fruity! Sweet and sour. Sweet and sour, with little bitterness. Because it is hi-ire, it is calm rather than fresh. It is like a daiginjo.
Sentori Classic Fired 🫧 I underestimated it, it blew me away 🫧 It's an Orihara made in January, so it's fermented and healthy 😀 Milky aroma. The first impression my tongue got was shuwashuwa. Gentle sweetness, moderate sourness, and lingering bitterness. It also has a sports drink-like taste. I'll just taste it today and enjoy it on the second day!
May: Higashitsuru Junmai Ginjo-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu & Satsukuchiman Junmai Daiginjo-Once Fired! Beautiful ginjo aroma. The sweetness is mild. The acidity is strong. Bitterness can be felt. It was the first brand I drank from the hanpukai, but it was very tasty.
Sweet...slightly sour...no tangy taste...delicious...🍶Sagami and Kinjaku are two of my favorite sweet sake 🍶It's been a year since I've had a sake like that... 😋.
After getting out of the hell of 1 sho bottle, it's been a long time since I had a Yongo bottle. This is the second bottle of Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Sake♪ It was made in December, so I let it sit in the refrigerator for about 5 months. When the bottle is opened, it is automatically stirred and the sizzling is present. It was a replay of the impression I had when I drank it before! It is so good 😋.
Sairai Junmai Ginjo♪ from Kuboyama Sake Brewery. I had no connection to Craft Sake Week or Hasegawa Kameido, but I dissipated by drinking at home! The aroma is mild and the acidity is strong. This ended my battle with the bottles in the fridge, and I made it in time for the May hanpukai!
Yamazubusyu Junmai Daiginjo-Shuppo Masaruya Betsuatsue Oorigarami♪Opened for two days in a row! Nice aroma like muscat. Slightly effervescent. Slightly bubbly. Nice and crisp. Beautiful sake 😋.
