After about 9 months of aging, the bottle is opened 🍶.
The familiar pineapple aroma
When you put it in your mouth, you will be amazed.
It is more acidic than other Hana-yosu!
It's exactly like pineapple 🍍!
This is delicious 😋.
I've been curious about this local sake for a long time.
I rushed out to buy one bottle for each of us!
With great anticipation, I tried it and...,
I will buy it again next year!
It was left at room temperature for a month due to the space in the fridge, but was opened today!
Beautiful ginjo aroma with hints of melon🍈 and muscat🍇!
It has a beautiful, well-balanced mouthfeel with little bitterness and no cloying taste!
As one would expect from a three-time consecutive winner of the Sendai Sake Summit!
This is good!
Shipped in January 2024. Beautiful ginjo aroma. Bitter aroma can be felt in the back. In the mouth, it has an exquisite balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. The bitterness tightens up the taste, so you can feel its potential as a food sake. A junmai daiginjo that should be served with meals.
The first 14yo was at my parents' house...they saved the one I sent them for Father's Day! Thankfully, I was able to enjoy it with them! Gentle ginjo aroma. Melon and banana sweetness and fruity notes come first, followed by sourness and bitterness. The alcohol finishes it off nicely. I am very happy to drink my first Jyushiyo with my family 😊.
Good evening, Mitsuta24!
I bet your father would have liked to drink with you ✨.
Your first time at Jyushidai must have been a wonderful drinking time 🤗.
I'd love to drink it someday 😋.
Junmai Ginjyo Unrefined Nama-shu Yamadanishiki Nakadori♪ The aroma is a mild melon aroma. The aroma is mild melon aroma and it is sweet! The bitterness and acidity make it an easy pairing.
Huayouyu THE MATCH♪ Not the recently released direct pumped, but the one released in March! 5 months later, it's still yummy! Happy pineapple aroma. Sweet and sour. I think the best thing about Kahoiyaki is the bitterness that finishes it off. I can drink it in small sips, so the happiness lasts longer... Anyway, it's delicious 😋.
I had been abstaining from alcohol for a month before my medical checkup. Now that it's over, I'm reunited with my sake life for the first time in a long time 🍶Senkou's Golden Kabutomushi... I knew it existed, but this year I was lucky enough to buy it! Pouring it into a glass, the aroma is distinctive! The lactic acidity of the yeast yeast yeast? Calpis? The taste is sweet and sour! The taste is sweet and sour with a hint of bitterness. It is an adult calpis!
Good evening, Mitsuta24!
Thanks for your health checkup🍀.
One month sober is great 😲.
The gold capsicum looks delicious 🤤.
It looks perfect for the recent hot days 😋.
Hi Mitsuta24 😃
Thanks for your one month sobriety 😌 we used to skip a month a few years ago 🧐 but we found that our values didn't change, so in recent years it's been a week 😅A gold beetle 🌟 as a reward would be great ‼️
ma-ki-san
Thank you so much!
The Kin no Kabutomushi was totally different from the normal one! Normal was a refreshing summer sake, but Kinkabutomushi is like an adult calpis (thicker) lol.
Slightly fizzy feeling🫧Sweet, acid! Fruity Muscat 🍇No bitterness and astringency! Fresh and fruity without any cloying taste! At 13 degrees, it's the perfect crisp summer drink 🌻.
Harukasumi Tambo Label Junmai Ginjo🍶 mild aroma, cemedine melon🍈 slight effervescence despite being fire-aged. Good balance of sweet, sour and bitter. Good food sake 😊.
This is a dry sake that I rarely drink because I only follow pre-sake. The aroma is mildly melon🍈 and the richness spreads in the mouth, but being dry +10, the sweetness is subtle and crisp. I see...it's good.
Mild melon aroma 🍈 Clean sweetness and refreshing acidity. Finishes with bitterness and a solid alcohol taste. It makes your throat hot. It is a delicious sake 🍶.
Gentle aroma with a hint of melon. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are well balanced and delicious. The bitterness may be derived from the turtle, but it is also low at 14 degrees, making it easy to drink 😄.
Surprise: ‼️ is a hana-yori. The aroma is more subdued than the original, so it's good while eating. The sweetness and fruity taste is exactly like the roses on the label. It is very different from the image of Tasake I had before, so I drink it with a strange feeling 🥴.
