みつた24It was snowing in Tokyo. I opened this sake on such a night. It has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. The yellowish color is beautiful. I didn't mix the ori today. I am looking forward to seeing how it will change when I mix it. Tomorrow I will make it snow at home.

みつた24A souvenir from my parents' trip to Hida. There was another more expensive Hourai sake, but I was scared to open this one. It was sweeter than I expected and had a nice sharp taste. It is indeed delicious.
