Shipped in January 2024. Beautiful ginjo aroma. Bitter aroma can be felt in the back. In the mouth, it has an exquisite balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. The first 14yo was at my parents' house...they saved the one I sent them for Father's Day! Thankfully, I was able to enjoy it with them! Gentle ginjo aroma. Melon and banana sweetness and fruity notes come first, followed by sourness and bitterness. The alcohol finishes it off nicely. I am very happy to drink my first Jyushiyo with my family 😊.

Huayouyu THE MATCH♪ Not the recently released direct pumped, but the one released in March! 5 months later, it's still yummy! Happy pineapple aroma. Sweet and sour. I think the best thing about Kahoiyaki is the bitterness that finishes it off. I can drink it in small sips, so the happiness lasts longer... Anyway, it's delicious 😋.
