Jikin on an ordinary day 🍶. I guess it's the time of the new sake season when even Jikin is chased from the cellar😅. Yummmm! Sweet, delicious, fruity and without any cloying taste 🍏. Jikin is elegant! I went through 2 gou of it without a second thought!

Sogapère Effis numérosis Ikeda lot 🍶 that has been sitting in a regular fridge for almost a year. I honestly didn't like the apricot taste when I drank it right after purchase, so I put the second bottle down so far 😅. This was a sweet and fruity sake with less apricot taste â I wonder if I should buy it this year or forgo it 😩.

I was so disappointed that I let it sit for about 9 months, and it's a PREMIUM huayou 💐. There are still some fine bubbles 🫧. Miyamanishiki is the best pineapple 🍍. Sweet! The characteristic of premium is that it has less bitterness ❓ Beautiful and delicious 😋.
