I was going to finish with one small bottle, but then I had a second bottle. Next, I drank a bottle of Yamahai Junmai!
It's junmai, isn't it? The aroma of rice spreads. There is also a nutty aroma! Compared to the previous ginjo, the acidity is a little stronger. It also seems to be thicker. It is also delicious!
Drinking sake purchased at Suehiro Sake Brewery, which I visited last week! Dry! I thought it was going to be dry, but then the sweetness spreads. Delicious! It went well with sashimi and sushi!
Tonight I will drink a small bottle of Naraman Junmai at home!
I had a bottle of Naraman during my visit to Koriyama last week, but it was quite different from this one. That's no wonder! The other day it was Junmai Ginjo Mirai Sake and the rice used was different! The Mirai Sake rice was that Takagi Shuzo's Jyushiyo sake rice, which seems to be a rare Naraman.
This time, the rice used was the Nara-man royal road rice, Gohyakumangoku rice.
It has a spicy taste with a punch.
The aroma of rice comes afterwards.
It is quite powerful.
I drank it with small bowls of side dishes such as tuna with natto (fermented soybeans), kelp and deep-fried tofu salad, and grated radish with chirimenjako (dried young sardines), and it really went well with them!
The 300ml bottle is just under 2 gou (2 cups) and just right without being too much!
After drinking the rest of the Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo I had a few days ago, I drank this one!
You can only buy 1 gou bottles of Hirotogawa locally. It is mellow and delicious! It has a rich aroma!
Tonight we drink at a yakitori restaurant in Kamata!
Junmai Daiginjo from Nabeshima. The full aroma spreads. The sweetness is followed by a nice spiciness. It makes me happy.
Tonight we drink a junmai ginjo from Miyazumi Meijo, a limited edition brewery!
It has a clean taste with a pleasant sweetness that spreads out and finishes with a sharpness! The balance is perfect. It is delicious!
I'm glad I bought it.
Today we tasted a total of 12 different varieties of sake, each one a little more enjoyable than the last.
We then returned to the hotel and finally drank the last of the sake we had purchased at the Suehiro Sake Brewery we visited today!
Nama-shu is best drunk fresh on site! The taste is crisp and tight. It tastes so good!
