ハリーSkunk cabbage sparkling
It is a sparkling wine with a delicious sweetness.
It goes well with anything as a food wine.
I wanted to try the meat and potatoes that I saw on Late Night Diner
I wanted to eat it, so I had it with this disryI'm in a situation where I buy or not buy Koei Chrysanthemum, but I only buy Sunburst every year. Now, how about this year?
Yes, this year is great too!
The scent is still citrusy. Exquisite. The gassiness is so-so.
The sweetness is firm, but the acidity is strong, and the balance is exquisite.
The acidity is effective to the end and finishes crisply, which is also wonderful.
At Kouei Kiku, you can never go wrong with Sunburst! You must drink it! You must drink it! ma-ki-Good evening, Mr. disry.
I was able to get this one at my first Koei Kiku, and after reading disry's post, I realized that I absolutely love this one [Sunburst is never a miss! I'm looking forward to drinking it more and more 🎵. disryGood evening, ma-ki-!
Yes, the sunburst is not a hassle!
(The fact that the other ones are sometimes a miss is a charm 🤣)
It's a swishy drink, so don't drink too much: ‼️ disryGood evening, Jay & Nobby 🌆.
Have you finally had a drink? I'm so glad you did 😀 ...
Thinking back again, this year's sunburst was the best 🤩.
It might have been the best of the year: ‼️ 阿佐波I've always been curious about the revolutionary series "Garakudai" by Tenryohai, a sake brewery on Sado Island: ❣️
The concept of the series
The taste was light, refreshing, and clear, embodying or even more than that, "beautiful, light, and gentle sake!
Light sensitivity is also excellent 12.5 degrees 👏.
Just one more day until summer vacation 🤭.
I can't wait to drink 🍶🤤🤤. ジェイ&ノビィHi Asanami 😃
Oh! Congratulations on your first masayo ㊗️ 🎉Light, fresh and sunny 🎉You're right - nodding your head 😋 drinking 😙! MantaHello Asanami ^_^
I'm curious about Gagakuyo, aren't you?
I've been curious about it too, but haven't had a chance to drink it yet 🥲.
It's so good that I can't wait until summer vacation ✨.
I'll pop in and drink it someday 😊. 阿佐波Good evening, Jay & Nobby! I was looking at Masayo's highly recommended review 🤩💕I finally got to drink it👍 my wish came true😍 It's beyond my imagination. I'm lucky that my neighborhood carried it ‼️ I'll repeat ‼️ 阿佐波Good evening, Manta 😊The drink I've always been curious about was still true to the rumors 🤩I hope you'll drink it during your summer vacation🌻: ‼️ TonyI had been looking for this sake recently and finally purchased it from the warehouse at a liquor store I frequent that carries it.
It was as delicious as expected, with an elegant, full-bodied sweetness and umami, and a natural, refreshing aftertaste.
I brought it as a birthday present for the staff of a sake tavern, and it was very well received by the staff at the restaurant, who thought it was delicious! TonyAt a liquor store on the way home, I encountered this sake, which I had heard from a friend that it was delicious, and bought it.
The aroma was like melon, and the sweetness spread on the palate, and it seemed to cut right through with a strong spiciness and bitterness! shitakkeA "soft drink" that can be drunk in the hot, thirsty summer months! Slightly carbonated and lightly sweet. The fresh acidity, similar to that of grapefruit, is followed by a refreshing bitterness. It has a thin sake feel and is terribly drinkable. I thought it tasted similar to Kudokibe Jr. Juicy Dry. disryThe high-end line of Kouei Chrysanthemum. I bought some Koei Kiku at a pretty good price before, but the taste was shocking, so I honestly wasn't sure about this time... But after reading your comments, I took the plunge and bought it!
The conclusion was.......a great decision!
Anyway, the aroma is great. Fresh muscat and caramel-like aged aroma. Exquisite balance. Slightly gassy.
The sweetness is moderate, but the acidity comes in quickly. Last time, the acidity was quite harsh and I felt the difficulty of aged sake, but this time the strength and length are exquisite. It is quite delicious.
The acidity continues moderately in the latter half and finishes pleasantly.
A great taste that is well worth the high price. But the cheaper ones are even better! ハリーI had a bottle of Ganki Sparkling last year.
It's a highly finished sparkling wine 🍶.
It takes a little time to open the bottle, but that's what makes it so thirst-quenching 😄.
It takes a little time to open the bottle, but it stimulates thirst 😄.
It has just the right amount of sweetness and sourness.
It's easy to empty when two people drink it together. TonyOn my way home, I came across a Takeyuki tasting and sales event at a liquor store. There was a toji there who talked to us about various things and recommended this product, which he said was limited and rare, so we bought it.
(Actually, I was going to buy the sake that won the sake competition gold medal...)
(The aroma was melon-like (as one would expect from Ibaraki), and the palate had a light sweetness and umami flavor, which was quickly broken by the spiciness, but the lingering sweetness remained and spread, which I found to be a very unusual taste. It was delicious and went well with the meat dishes at the department store (discount) 😌. shinsaku3Overall 9 (out of 10)
Revisiting Night & Dance, which I received once before and gave a 10 at the time.
I was curious to see how I feel about it now, so I bought it.
According to the description, it is "fresh and invigorating, perfect for hot summers," and "a great accompaniment to active scenes such as camping and festivals.
and "can be used for camping, festivals, and other active activities" according to the description.
It's still delicious 😋.
It is a perfect accompaniment for active scenes in the hot summer. ❣️
If you like sake, you don't need beer 😅 if you have this chilled sake.
The taste of rice and the moderate sweetness will make you gobble it up straight away without any stimulation.
It's just a little too light, and like beer, it needs to be chilled to the perfect temperature.
I served it chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma on the rise: Ginjo aroma 👍
-The aroma is a bit too strong for my liking.

Pepho, who likes to be picky, gave it a 9😅.
Went to Shinjuku today for a health checkup.
On the way home, I got sucked into the usual Seibu Food Hall "Sake Brewery" 😅.
I couldn't see the "No.44 Māyākyū-chan" already... 😅
Instead, I bought a sake from Toyama, which I have never had before.
According to the description, it is "a light and refreshing sake with lime and grapefruit nuances.
Indeed, the first sip reveals a citrusy taste and the underlying umami of rice.
After that, it fades out with a slight astringency in tow.
It is quite light and easy to drink, perhaps due to the 13% alcohol content.
It may be suitable to drink in summer with summer dishes.
I served it chilled.
The aroma I perceived was as follows
-Aroma: A strong ginjo aroma 👍
-Aroma: Aroma of ginjyo as it is.

Today we have grilled mackerel and steamed slices of 🍆 that we got from our neighbor, with shirasu, cheese and oliveoil on!🎊How is the result of the health checkup for eggplant new ground🎊⁉️ ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, shinsaku3 😃.
Haneya! We have a lot of trust in this one for sure 🤗It's delicious 😋Did you two go for a checkup together? We're going for a day and a bit of sobriety 😁. shinsaku3Good evening Jay & Nobby😃.
It was very delicious ❣️😋
I should have bought all of them since they had two more kinds 😅.
I'm the only one at the checkup.
This year I couldn't resist the alcohol ban and drank some Māyākyūchan the day before 😱. shinsaku3Overall 10 (out of 10)
I went to the Seibu Food Hall again to repeat my previous purchase of "Kudokutei No. 33" because it was so delicious, but I couldn't find it anymore. Instead, I found this "No. 44 Maka-Mystery-chan" and bought it. I was convinced by the description on the label, even though I am a sake novice. Sake is really interesting.
My impression was that it was a Junmai Daiginjo, just like No. 33!
Here are my impressions of No. 33
The pure, simple, clear, yet deep flavor of rice continues from beginning to end. It is a pure, simple, clear, yet profound rice flavor that lasts throughout the entire bottle! That was my impression.
This time, a moderate spiciness has been added to this, giving the impression of a good sharpness.
I had it chilled.
The aroma I perceived was as follows.
-Aroma: A strong ginjo aroma 👍
-Aroma: Aroma of ginjo and a slight spiciness.

It was a bit disappointing as it was lukewarm. ひまたろうI drank it once at Maruhachi in Takadanobaba and shockingly liked it, so I bought it myself. If I had carried it around outside, it would have gotten a little slimy and the gassy feeling would have been weaker. shinsaku3Overall 10 (out of 10)
Pekho-san got a bottle of "Kudokibe" that he had been curious about at Sake-no-Wa at the Sake Brewery in the Seibu Food Hall B2!
According to the explanation on the label, "We want to make something addictive that can carve out a life with sake.
The rice is made from Banshu Aizan rice, which accounts for 8.3% of the Aizan harvest and is classified as a special top grade rice.
The impression is that this is the Junmai Daiginjo! The impression is pure, simple, clear, and yet deep.
The pure, simple, clear, yet deep umami of the rice continues throughout the bottle.
It is a pure, simple, clear, yet deep rice flavor that lasts throughout the entire bottle! That's the impression I got!
It is certainly addictive 😋.
It's one of the sake that I always want to keep in stock 😅.
I had it chilled.
The aroma I got from the bottle is as follows.
-Aroma: A modest ginjo aroma 👍
-The aroma is a little bit astringent and a little bit dry on the nose.

Found this at the "Sake Brewery" in the Seibu Food Hall B2 🤩.
I was interested in it after reading Jay & Nobby's post, so I bought it without hesitation even though it was an Omachi.
According to the description, "Clear and sharp mouthfeel, mellow aroma and clean acidity. The mild aroma complements a variety of dishes as a food sake, and you can easily drink two or three glasses for a long time.
My impression is that the sweetness, moderate astringency, and spiciness are mixed together, and at the end, the astringency is released into the nose as an aroma, while the sweetness follows in parallel. Such was my impression 🍶.
It is sweet, but light and not too heavy, so you can drink it while eating, and you can drink it for a long time.
It was served chilled.
I was impressed by the aroma.

It's a drink that can bring out many flavors, so I also paired it with a toasted bucket of parmigiano, maple syrup and pepper. Delicious ‼️ and easy going ❤️ shinsaku3I ended up drinking it loose and emptying it long 😅. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃.
Thank you for your reference to ㊗️ 😊Thank you for your time 😁The homemade ham looks delicious 😍.
Hitogokochi nozomu from Tochigi is also delicious 😋 Please give it a try 👋. shinsaku3Good evening Jay & Nobby😃.
I would like to try Hitokokochi Nozomi and the rest of the Nozomi lineup 🍶. としちゃんRipe banana
Fresh and effervescent
Fresh.
Juicy. disryI found this Bodai Hashiwado Mimuro Sugi at Seibu Ikebukuro on a whim. I bought it on impulse because it was low in alcohol and had a cool jacket.
The aroma is mild lactic acid and cemedine. I like it. No gassiness.
Crisp sweetness. I expected a harsh acidity after that, but it's also refreshingly sour and crisp.
The aftertaste is a gentle acidity that lingers on smoothly.
The level is high. I thought it was the kind of sake served at a nice restaurant. I have not had much luck with Mimuro Cedar since my favorite liquor store does not carry it, but I would like to try it in the future. TonyI met it at a liquor store in a department store on my way home and was drawn to buy it because it was limited to one bottle per person. It had a refreshing aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, the 🍋-like acidity rushes in, leaving a clean aftertaste. I will be eating sashimi tonight, but I thought it would go better with meat. ハリーOtter Blue 🫐.
First time getting a reimported sake from the US NY brewery!
I'll have to try this one 😁.
The rice is Yamadanishiki imported from Japan.
They hope to grow their own sake rice in America in the future!
It has a mix of umami and sourness, with the sourness prevailing.
But the reimported product costs more than twice as much as regular Junmai sake.
and it seems to be selling well in the US 🇺🇸
Well, it's ok😅. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
