I will have a Shakai no Morojiki, which I bought last year and saved for the New Year.
I took a sip, feeling that the aroma was not strong.
I had heard that it had a strong sweetness and acidity, but I found the sweetness to be strong and the acidity not so strong. I felt it was similar to kijo sake.
I tried it with cheese and egg salad, but it went quite well with Häagen-Dazs, which I received as a gift, in the same way as kijo-zake.
If you drink it thinking it is a normal sake, you may feel uncomfortable, but I thought it would go well with people who like sweet sake.
