Happy New Year!
For my first sake of the new year, I had a bottle of Kijoyu, which I bought last year and had been looking forward to drinking until today.
It was quite thick when I poured it.
I was surprised when I drank it because it had a nice aroma.
I thought it was rum raisin. Is this sake sake? It was like that. As the temperature rose, the sourness and bitterness diminished and the sweetness became easier to taste and drink.
I can't drink it as a food sake, but if you want to pair it with something easy to drink on its own, I think chocolate black would be a good choice.
I honestly thought it was amazing that such a sake could be made from rice and water.
It was a great feeling to start the New Year with a good sake.
