Koueikiku Ikubou is brewed with lactic acid bacteria A bottle of half-yearly matured unpasteurized sake It has a mildly sweet taste. I really should leave it for a while after opening it to enjoy the taste change. and enjoy the change of taste 😅. I drank it already😅.
