Since I had decided to drink O-roku-sama last night, the first thing that came to my mind was squid somen noodles and sesame tofu. I thought it would go well with Oroku's unique spicy and umami taste. I was right, it was a bingo 💖.
And my favorite, the garland chrysanthemum salad ✨, simply dressed with sesame oil, chicken broth, and shirasu (baby sardines), is simple but exquisitely delicious, and the harmony of the aroma of the sesame oil and the flavor of Oroku is also good. ‼️
What if there were unexpected fruity flavors? I also tried grilled bananas. I was convinced that the banana's slight acidity accentuated the alcoholic smell of Wang Luk and it was not good. ⤵️ Failure is also important 💪 Sprinkle a little salt on it to recover!
It's the last day of winter vacation, so the main course is beef fillet steak and cheese risotto❤️

Good morning, Mr. Peckho!
I think the sake of Shimane facing the Sea of Japan and [squid] in the middle of the year would go well with it 😁.
I've never used sesame tofu as an entrée, so I'd like to try it with something next time 🤔.
The meat looks delicious 🥩🤣!

Jay & Nobby 🩷Good morning ‼️It's still difficult to comment on individual drinks 🤨it depends on food, time, temperature, and physical condition? But the pairing is what I'm in the mood for tonight, so I'm glad you enjoyed reading about it 🥰.

Jive 🩷Good morning ‼️ I see 🧐It makes sense that it would fit with the specialties of the region where the sake was born, as it fits with the environment in which the creator and local consumers grew up ✨Sesame tofu, maybe ⭕️ for a sake that is not sour and needs a full body🥰.
